I placed an order for 1 Antminer S1 about one hour ago. Bitcoin confirmation took over an hour and now my order shows unpaid and expired; however, my btc payment finally got confirmed. Here's my order detail and tx id:

Order #: 00120140321092752944Ve8N5YtB067D
Tx iD: 6ff0119401d3e02894e3c47504c0e43631036a4d95f90d37aa5d27d38372b617
User Name: jamesc760

Please fix it. Thank you!

Best email or PM them about it mate.

Just reply to the BITMAIN order details email you got and add info@bitmaintech.com to the webmail@bitmaintech.com

Hey Bitmain,

I'm still waiting for *any* word on my order after 2+ days ...  :-(

Please let us know if anything is going on?  How long until you'll recognize my order as being legit?

I ordered on your site with the same username ... please catch up and get these orders processed!

:-/

Ok ... my order and payment from almost three days ago has finally been confirmed, but not shipped.

YEA!!

I suppose I am caught in the middle of this blockchain fiasco because I am simply trying to get a resolution on a defective Antminer that was shipped to me.
I received two Antminer S1s on March 14th that I had ordered directly from Bitmain. One of them has the newer rev. boards and it works flawlessly. The other has two older rev boards and appears to have been used (has dust all over it) before I received it. That in itself isn't a problem for me, as all I care about  is that it works.
Sadly though, that old unit they shipped me does not work. The controller board does NOT link to a network at all. I did try several different cat5 cables, switches, laptops etc. I even tried their reset procedure a few times but nothing works.
I was in the midst of getting support from Bitmain, I did get one response about the reset procedure but since then I have heard nothing from them at all. Hopefully I am only suffering the side effects of the blockchain/ordering problems and they will resume my RMA issues promptly.
Is anyone else stuck in the middle of this, not related to ordering?

Finally got an AntS1 binary out - it's 4.2.0 with a patch to make the Luci display work as well as the standard API so anyone wanting to use the API to their AntS1 can use the same code for their AntS1 as for any other cgminer device.

The patch (for anyone interested in knowing what I had to change) is here:
https://github.com/kanoi/cgminer/commit/28f27672d4deaef742c66a12522b745105b770f5

The binary and README are in my usual cgminer-binaries git here:
https://github.com/kanoi/cgminer-binaries/tree/master/AntS1

Read the README on the screen there for how to replace the /usr/bin/cgminer binary in your AntS1 with the new one.

Of course this binary includes all cgminer changes up to 4.2.0 and the one extra commit after 4.2.0 was released:
https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer/commit/c73e9e7a4f457e94d0f61e0cfc9e8f4531a99f4b

The specific AntS1 changes are of course the changes that have been advertised in cgminer since I merged in the full AntS1 support.
They are:
Enable temperature management code (it doesn't work in the Bitmain code)
Use stratum time rolling to reduce CPU - it still runs at 100% CPU like the Bitmain version does, though.

Unfortunately updating CGminer voids the warranty :/

Curious - How many "warranty" related items/issues have you seen on your end regarding Bitmain products?

I expect they will have begun shipments today, but remember today is over in China. They may do some tommorow but don't count on it. Monday is probably going to be big shipment day. The good news is that for Europe thats Sunday night/Monday morning, if yours is in that shipment it should arrive Wed/Thu next week at the latest.

You might be lucky and it shipped today, they just haven't had time to update the shipment details online yet.

Almost bought a few S1 units today - but felt i may be better off waiting for the Batch 3 S2 units to be priced and for some Batch1 units to be validated by buyers first.

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

maybe you should...

you made several orders, paid 0.002BTC (just more than $1), and then griped about it for weeks now trying to make it sound like they stole thousands of your dollars. leave it alone, its not worth thier time.

apparently your time isnt worth much though. consider it a $1 learning experience

I placed an order this morning, and my payment had 1 confirmation after about 15 minutes.  The status of my order is now 'expired' even though my payment had 3+ confirmations before the hour timelimit was up.

I've contacted them but haven't heard back yet.  I'll post any updates here.

Actually.

Only one of my Orders was for 0.002 Bitcoin the Other 2 Orders were from 0.069 Bitcoin and just under 0.02 Bitcoin.

That is no where near $1 actually at current rate that's around $50-$70 depending on which exchange you go with.

It also does not matter what the value to YOU is. Money is Money regardless of how much it is. Besides I consider Bitcoin to have a never ending value as it will just keep going up and down and I don't go by the FIAT value completely.

However Bitmain is selling ASiCs on the promise that you will be able to reach ROI within 2 months this is the average amount of time for pretty much every ASiC Maker out there.

So if we go by those standards in the 3-4 months since my order was placed I haven't been able to  make ROI myself through  either trading or purchasing another ASiC

So please kindly take that large metal baton that's shoved so far up your ass and push it in a bit farther since you are such a raging douche you obviously enjoy that kind of thing  Cheesy

Dude, honestly, what on earth where you trying to accomplish with the 3 orders that you made?

All I see is that you sent them a partial payment without any intention to really complete the payment for them. For.. what?

To be able to re-sell them to some other dude on this forum with a mark-up, should they get sold-out like KnC and other pre-order vendors?

I would have paid in full if there wern't better offers by Better ASiC Providers.

I've asked for my money back for months now and I was going to use that money towards purchashing an actual ASiC worth something that makes ROI back within 2 months and costs 10 times less.

Ohh and btw my purchases are none of your concern so kindly don't judge me on wanting a refund that I am entitled to get back.

And to put it simply , I did not ask for your opinion , I asked for a refund  Cheesy
