Developments on the Setting up of Our Manufacturing Facility Front: Some Updates!
I had mentioned that we were in the process of short listing a location for setting up our greenfield manufacturing unit. The shortlisting has been done and the land has been purchased and registered now. The land transfer deeds have been cleared and issued by the government as of yesterday.
The dimension of the land acquired: 1.457 Acres = 63466 Sq. Feet
Will release the photos of the development activities of the project at this location periodically.
Our Target is to establish a full fledged manufacturing Unit from where Pocket Miners will be shipped globally. The estimated time duration to set up the full fledged facility is 8 months.
Initially our 2 OEM suppliers will be doing the manufacturing of the two models of our Pocket Miners. We will only be doing the installation of the mining software, content loading, Brand Name printing and packaging related activities at our facility.
The next step is to bring in SKD Kits (semi knocked down kits) and assemble it in our factory premises. At this stage we will have a cost savings of more than 15% which we will pass it on to our customers.
We expect to reach the SKD assembly stage in the next 6 months. Once we reach this stage we will start sourcing components and shift our focus to manufacture the Pocket Miner from scratch. We expect to reach this stage in the next 8 months.
Once we reach this stage we will take the steps to Incorporate Pocket Miner corp as a publicly traded listed limited liability company. I will create a Board of Directors consisting of our D & M members and investors and hand over the responsibility of running to the Board. This entire process I hope to complete in the next 30 months.
If you remember i had mentioned in an earlier post when we completed our SWATX investment program that we had met our short-term funding goals at that stage to help in the development of our blockchain, wallet, mining pool, Prototypes of the two different models of our Pocket Miners etc., and had closed the SWATX program earlier than required and we had retained excess tokens issued for this purpose.
In order to generate funds for the afore mentioned activities as and when required I will off-load some of our SWAT created for this purpose and use it entirely for the process of developing our manufacturing facility and other established form of revenue generating activities in relation to this.
Will announce the amount of funds generated from this token sale process, periodically the same way as I have been doing in the past.
Our initial funding which we had put into this process was 30000 USD which I had announced about a month back. Over the next 30 months our investment into this manufacturing and distribution network will rise to the tune of 1200000 USD or 181.81 BTC in current prices.
Since there is a market opportunity currently to generate these funds there is no need for launching a separate fund generating initiative such as SWATX as of now. We will use it if and when we need it.
Since we were focusing on our exchange listing activity and in streamlining the process after shifting to ERC20 tokens from WAVES Platform DEX i had not posted about the development activities going on in the background.
Though there were only a few requests for a MAC OS Wallet, A Windows 32 Wallet and a Linux Wallet, we will develop all these versions and launch it before the launch of our Pocket Miner.
Several potential distributors have downloaded the distributorship agreement, but they need more help with filling up these forms and submitting back to us. Will focus on these activities now.

It would be interesting to see there the SWAT too, since many investors (at least in Greece) are also informed by this page. They may not have particular requirements for the currency inclusion. Time to Buy SWAT and Support New Investors!
The current market price which we have got for SWAT is mainly because of the new investors who have bought SWAT at such higher prices almost 2000% higher than what levels we had been on WAVES DEX.
It is our turn to support our New Investors by putting in our buy orders to keep the price up. Most of the new investors are in IB 3% and a few in IB 4%. The total IB payments as of now per day is approximately 600000 to 700000 SWAT. It is our responsibility to buy up these 700000 SWAT which comes in to the market for sale. This will ensure that the price remains stable and of course go higher.. Since more investors will want to buy SWAT and put in IB, seeing the stable prices.
One person buying 700000 SWAT is difficult. But 100 people buying 7000 SWAT is easy. 7000 SWAT is just 0.001 BTC. I am sure all of us can afford to put in this amount to support our new investors who have given us this wonderful support.
The lowest amount for which you can buy SWAT is fro 0.0001 BTC. Even this amount of daily purchase by every one is sufficient since those who can buy more with buy higher quantities.
Based on a suggestion by our D & M member from Russia Oleg, I am working on a plan to reward long term holders with additional bonus apart from our Quarterly Airdrop if they hold without selling till Jan 2019.
