The last 5-6 pages of this thread are about suggestions and explanations for some few ambiguities and they are all made by the signature campaign participants (i was one of them for too long too). i think this is better than a topic full of spammy posts for altcoin promotions. great thanks to all who positively contribute to let bestchange be one of the safest services in the crypto market.

Adding the Best Change logo to the site is one of the prerequisite Bestchange team requires before the exchanger is listed on the exchange monitor. So some exchangers might not have ill intentions having the bestchange logo on them, while others may. It's case by case i guess

I guess there is something more by his side than Bithub's problem. and he himself said that his negative tag was probably wrong and that he should make a correction. As one of the earliest forum members, he should be more careful about doing such things.

Currently, all the victims who have contacted us and provided proof that they indeed did send funds to Bithub, have been returned their funds.

If this is so, then case should already be closed, unless there are still victims out there who have yet to reach out. In any case, I guess it would be unfair to say that BestChange is not "trying to resolve anything" and that it is refusing to cooperate.

Having said this, I don't think the accusation still stands until now unless, of course, if somebody steps forward claiming otherwise.

None of the listed exchangers is connected with BestChange nor it is legally bound with us. The users make their own decision whether to perform an exchange based on the data provided by the monitor: current exchange rates, customer reviews, age of exchangers, duration of being listed on BestChange. BestChange monitor also does not have information about transactions between users and exchangers, including exchange conditions, volumes and number of exchanges.

Stars are an additional indicator of exchangers’ reliability which us calculated by our inner algorithm and it does not directly depend on the number of reviews. This indicator is calculated based on a large number of various technical and fundamental factors which we usually use in inner business-processes for a more detailed evaluation of the service’s reliability and reputation. On these factors depends the conduct of moderators in questionable situations.

However, we saw this information as very valuable, so we show it in a trimmed-off way in the form of such additional rating. But we do not specifically highlight such exchangers in the list to remain neutral. Unfortunately, due to the specifics of the situation, we do not reveal the details of this algorithm to avoid any possible manipulations with the rating.

If the website doesn’t have stars, it doesn’t mean you cannot trust it. We trust absolutely all services from the listing on our website, but the services with the stars seem to us a little bit more reliable in difficult situations due to the size of business, duration of work, reputation, and many other factors.
