🔑 There are many factors that influence the speed and reliability of an exchanger. One of them is its principle of processing orders. It can be manual, automatic or semiautomatic. On BestChange you can find any of these varieties if they meet other rules to get listed in the monitor.

📌 Manual. Each order is manually checked by an operator, after which the employee sends the funds to the specified bank requisites. This process takes time – up to a day, depending on the business of operators.
📌 Semiautomatic. After the user pays for the order, the requested funds are transferred to the specified requisites. The speed of the remittance depends on the bank or blockchain network. In this case, the function of the operator is limited only to switching the order to the next level.

Cryptocurrency exchange called Lucpey claims to be you partner while I can't find their name anywhere on your website. I just wanna check if what they say its true as they are promoting themselves on bitcointalk and as I recall there were similar cases before, when dodgy exchanges claimed to be your partners while it turned out that they lied and you had nothing to do with them so just wanted to sort it out.

Thanks for confirming my suspicion that Lucpey doesn't have to do anything for you and that they are just using your good reputation to appear more legit and wouldn't be the first one doing that.  Anyway, I tagged and flagged them so others know who they are dealing with.

💱 What is a floating exchange rate?

Choosing an exchanger on BestChange, you can notice that some of them have a mark “This exchanger does not fix the exchange rate in the order”. Let’s figure out what this means for a user.

This mark can be set in two cases:

🔒 If the trading pair is very volatile. Then the exchanger sets a short lifetime of the order or the maximum permissible deviation percentage in order to insure against sharp jumps in the rate. If the order goes beyond these limits, the rate will be recalculated up or down.
🔒 If the deal can take a long time — for instance, if the order is with cash or when the cryptocurrency’s blockchain is highly busy. Then the exchanger recalculates the amount at the rate that takes place at the time of the completion of the transaction.

Some exchangers set a particular time limit (for example, 10 minutes), during which the rate will be fixed. If the order isn’t paid during this time, then the fixing is cancelled. Also, sometimes the rate is recalculated after a considerable change of the market rate of the currency. Say, for 5%.

A bona fide exchanger must indicate the relevant information when creating an order —the conditions for changing the rate, the number of network confirmations for cryptocurrencies, the conditions for forming the rate (for example, according to the indicators of a particular exchange), the maximum amount of recalculation of the total amount, and so on.

Well yes and no, there is no proper answer. I guess BestCHange can't guarantee any service listed here, it is simply impossible. Even large exchanges do not guarantee 100% of the funds deposited with them.

what's good here, Bestchange did the maximum checking of each exchange listed on their monitoring. In previous posts, they have already written about the conditions that every exchanger must meet. and it is certainly not enough just to create an exchange page and be included in the monitoring.
what is also good, they have achieved a certain reputation, ^{I guess they bring a lot of traffic to the exchangers}, so it is in their interest to operate in accordance with the rules so as not to be excluded from the whole process.

there have been a few contentious situations, where BestChange has proven to be a good mediator in problem-solving.

Best_Change, I have a question. Where do you get rates for the dollar and the euro? Do you focus on the central bank, on the exchange rate (for example, MOEX), or do you take some kind of weighted average rate?

And as I understand it, even if you use a certain source to form the dollar/euro exchange rate, then the exchangers presented in your list can take a course from different sources or do you have any specific regulation on this? Thanks.

Rates offered by exchangers are being generated solely as the balance of supply and demand in conditions of direct competition between services. If we speak about exchange rate from the Moscow exchange and international market Forex, we transfer them as a reference, but in practice, there may be differences between the exchange and OTC segments of the market.

We had an application from them to get listed in 2020, but the email correspondence stalled, we have not added them as our partners.

In fact, many exchangers can have our logo without being our partners, as it is our requirement to place the logo. As such, our logo without partnership does not necessarily mean that the exchanger is not legit, you need to look at other factors as well.

It works for me, I just checked it now in my Tor browser, so it must be something on your end or try changing Tor identity with new IP address.
However, I do think that it would be a good idea for BestChange to add .onion version of their website, to avoid downtime issues in future.
Same as for Chipmixer, I would prefer using that instead of clearnet version.

BestChange.com also works for me on Android Tor browser, just not on my PC.
I'm not the only one with this problem (someone asked about it by PM, and had the same problem using VPN). I haven't seen this on any other website.
I tried several New Tor Circuits already, that didn't work.
A New Tor Identity is more work, as it resets all open tabs. I tried it now, but it didn't work either.
