that happen to me a lot when i lose in gambling but a could never leave gambling.

Nope I can't experience that scenario because since I start gamble I set in mind the money i bet in gamble is possible to lose.

For me a gambler need control with his mind and gambling in all time because when we started up it will gives the profit but the end most of the time it will only give the loss because the limitation will not been in the gambling so be Limited will always helpful for you to make the profit to your home.

Exactly what are saying limitation is the best ways to avoid more loses in gambling amd also to avoid become addicted as gambler.

  No it is not good to put a line around you infect it is good to keep gambling because one day if you lost other day you can win double but it is very important to keep in touch with gambling and for not stopping or quitting at mid of game, anything can happen try to read the mind of opponent and move accordingly, use tricks and learn games rules, quitting is lose.

Bad idea to start, gambling is a game.   I dont expect most people to win, its just the people that win tend to have a big mouth about it and tell everyone!     Be realistic and go into the game expecting to pay a bit, maybe get lucky and who knows you can always get a bigger prize but mostly I think gambling is just a distraction.     The loss is ok if you werent surprised it occurred, if its upsetting then yea take a break is not a bad idea

I too was never been into any physical casino, but I feel much comfortable with online casino. Been one today, another lost for me. I was able to break-even but I still continue and ended up almost doing the walk of shame. But I also have some money for the cab so I was able to get home safe. Anyways, I will get over with it when I go to bed and possibility thinking of quiting the game, but then again, I just play what I can afford to lose so I'm good. Might play online/offline in the coming days not to recoup, but just having some fun.

What you're telling will happen to 1 or 2 out of 10 gambler, balance will come back and same fate will happen. Like this gambling addition starts. The   main reason behind  of loosing is that they just following their past loss and why ever if!they win next day they will lose it at the end chasing to cover the loss.

Losing a game is always a bit upsetting even if you play only with money you can afford to lose. The key is to not be upset to the point that your whole day is ruined because of that. Overall all of us have been learning to accept our losses cold-bloodedly throughout our lives, and gambling is a good playground for this kind of exercise.

I think OP is doing good actually because he shows that he can admit his addiction, and that's the first step on the way of overcoming it.

That's not a permanent decision to conclude mate, maybe for the sake of pride they made to say that words but eventually it's not strong statement. A gambler's disappointments will really tend to become bad for several days, and for every days to come they will become healed from those failures. They eventually move on after such losses, and thinking about quitting might not that serious. Possibly it was just a paused activity on betting but in the next few months it will be back to normal phase. However there were some few people successfully quitted but with very serious matter, and most of the reason behind that was financially incapacitated or they had no income to support gambling involvement.

Better for us to stop after big losses. In the opposite side, if we try to recover the loss, we can't control our emotions and can't safe ourself from big losses also we are going in a addicted way. To play continuously and face the loss and loss and try to recover it, it is not a right way in gambling.
Better to quit and again play in the next day with new hope and fresh mind with new lucky day.

What is the point of sticking to gambling, if you have been losing continuously. As I have exhausted all my funds after repeated lose, i quit gambling. I think you should only gamble if you have got spare funds or not.
