I do not think that the market is degrading. Movement is undulating, as on any developing system. In the sphere of interest is too much of the people. And too much investment, so that the market was allowed to collapse uncontrollably. Large investors, united, are quite able to equalize the situation, if the market can not stabilize on its own. However, the system is mobile and plastic. The market is unstable and very rapidly reacts to successful / unsuccessful projects and large infusions. For a more stable and predictable development, regulators are needed. But they are not. Here the market is shaken by any action. Here we can not predict what will happen tomorrow depending on the volume of oil produced. But while this can be done a lot of fast and cheap money, the market will hold. . And I think the next phase of the rise is ahead of us.
