They have answered this particular question in this page of the thread only, road map is available on their website. They have a 5 year contract term with their power supplier. I encourage you to find that comment and read it.

You misunderstand. 5 years is the period of their contract with local supplier in their country that allows them to get free electricity for 5 year and then get hen 50% off lifetime.

Having a long term vision is better than making bad promises for the short term. If the time horizon is too long for your investment preferences then better go with a different project.
