That's too low, knowing the potential of Ethereum i'd say that it would reach to 1k usd and it will get back to its peak in the few weeks, so better buy or hold your ethereum dont sell them out.

Unstable market does not mean the ethereum can not reach 700. the market is currently recovering and I think the fluctuations that occur are normal because it indicates that the price continues to grow

Well during the december/january bull market ethereum did reach twice that price and there isn't anything stopping it from doing it again. We all know that the next bull market that comes along will be epic. Ethereum will most likely reach twice its previous ATH and that means that it will cross 700 and go much further.

It is hard to predict. Since ethereum is tied to bitcoin in the market exchanges as shown in most of their graphs. It would be hard to pinpoint the day when it will really go up. Bitcoin is slowly recovering and ethereum would probably be the same. So if within 30 days bitcoin couldn't make it to around more than 10,000$ i think it wouldn't happen within two months.
