for some, $10,000 is a huge amount of money, while for others, it's nothing.
and for the most it's something in between.
so asking this question doesn't really make sense - is $10k something you can live without just fine?
is $10k something you can't afford to lose?

if you can't afford to lose it, it's stupid to invest into something as volatile as crypto, noone knows when the next crash comes.
if you can afford to lose it, then why not?

This is very volatie market and gaming in this can turn you down putting you under mental stress. Investing that much amount of $10k is only good if you are investing in good and top coins like btc,ETH,LTC,XRP,Neo but if you are taking risk in unknown projects or ICO then you are not smart enough to take that much risk.Yoy can diversify your investment portfolio among these coins and this is time to buy when market is in bullish trend.

10k is a great investment fund. The ability to increase the return on investment in crypto is always great. You need to monitor the market and find a suitable time to invest. Profits will be more effective. Strategies and plans are also essential. The combination of hold and trade suit will bring very high efficiency.

I think invest more than 10k is bad idea. Because $2000-4000 is enough for investing. Also it plays rule, which coin you choose to investing and is it time to invest. And if you are lucky, then you can reap more than 5-10x.

it all depends how much money you are willing to invest. here, only your ability. if you have 20K, then 15K you won't be able to invest. if you have 30K, you can invest 10K. from income invest 20%

If ever i have that kind of money i split this in 3 part which is 30% in bitcoin 30% in etherium and  40% in other good and newly ICO tokens out there that looks promising  for me. I dont want to put it all in 1 coins only because i fell so risky in that way.

Funds are very good and abundant. It is well prepared in the investment process. It is also a part to increase the success rate and profit margins. However, if you have not had much experience in investing or trading in the crypto market. You should use less capital to test the market.

is it a gambling habit that you invest more than 10k? most people that are into crypto are working and taking classes at the same time. only to take loans for school to put into crypto. should you invest more than 10-30k dollars worth of crypto? back then people are investing only 1,000 to 5,000 into bitcoin. how serious is crypto. back than i hear people opening 2nd loans from their homes. but now it has quiet down a bit.

I think everybody should detect the own limits about the amount of the investments. Because, sometimes you can not predict that, how bad can  an economical situation be in a case of huge dumping. So, my opinion is that, every trader must think a lot about first the bad possibilities, than good ones.

It depends on how many assets you have!

If you make up a small percentage of your wealth, that's investment!

Don't invest more than 50% of your assets in a digital cryptocurrency. That's gambling!

I also think so, I do not remember with you, because only the person himself should make a choice. But I would not advise anything if it's about investing in someone else's money.

I think that amount you should invest have to be relative to your financial situation. You should not invest 10000$ if that  are all of your savings. But on the other hand if you have 1000000$ savings, then 10000$ will not make a difference.

10K, it is a very large and good investment fund. the greater your investment fund the greater the profit you will get. if you understand how to invest in this world of crypto will make you more rich but if you do not understand then I suggest you invest with a little capital because this will give you a loss only if you immediately start with a large capital.

Yes it is true I strongly agree, if do not want our investment is considered as gambling better invest some of what we have and the purpose for future assets not for wealth alone.
if you invest more than half of what you have, you would expect more profits and get rich quick

Invest what you can afford to lose. If I have 10K or even 100K that I can afford to lose in an investment like crypto, then why not? Investing fiat that you can't afford to lose is very dangerous especially in crypto.

This is a good sum and you need to carefully choose coins before investing, because the risks are high. I'm going to buy an Etherereum.

I think you do not need to invest up to 10000k you just provide your time to look for potential Coin. suggestions for your investment with 1000k are also enough to reap great results.  Wink

It depends on your skills, experience and of course your assets. If you are a novice having no money it's not worth it to invest 10 000$. But when you'll get more experience you can do anything.

The good thing with bitcoin is that you can invest in the smallest amount possible and I do not think investment as much as $10k is something I can recommend to someone I know.  That is a huge amount of money and loss will be a big.  Not to mention the toll it will take on you monitoring and panicking when the price is in dip.

Does the investment in the krypto currency should have more than $ 10,000? I think we can invest by having less than $ 10,000. I have $ 2500 and I invested it by buying tokens.
The thing here is we keep calling certain amount. I am sure some people may not even afford to invest $100, let alone $10000. Anyone investing such an amount of money should definitely have a lot of spare money or must be at least very much bucked up to be able to invest such.

I would not expect someone to even think of borrowing a loan like the OP mentioned to invest such an amount. It may pay off nice, but it is a lot of huge risk to take considering the state of the market. The most important thing is to never go above what you cannot afford. That should always be the first rule!
