On the other hand, Litecoin is also one the oldest coins in the cryptocurrency world and it has a lot of potentialities. Investing in both is a good advice.

I'll go with bitcoin because it's more popular and more profitable than litecoin, If I'm going to invest bitcoin is much better for long term plan than litecoin because as we see bitcoin still the basis of all crypto.

Bitcoin beats Litecoin in almost all the areas. Let it be in volume, market cap, developers or community, while Litecoin is lagging behind in all these things. Litecoin only had a upper hand in tps but with segwit and lightning network implemented on the Bitcoin network, Litecoin doesn't even stand a chance.

Bitcoin is better than litecoin but bitcoins is more expensive and its fine since the growth is much faster, i do not like to invest on litecoin because i do not believe on its growth but i prefer investing on ethereum atleast. |

I think the answer to this question is very simple. litecoin bitcoin's first hard fork. but it's impossible to come to bitcoin levels. my answer is definitely bitcoin.

I think I will go for bitcoin than Litecoin because I had observed that btc is indeed has a faster growth compared to litecoin. With bitcoin, in terms of putting up an investment has a high probability on the return of investment and that is why more people are pouring their investment with btc.

It is not possible to make a comparison between BTC and LTC. LTC is a btc-based crypto currency. Without BTC, LTC can not be or can not be valued.

Lets see.. LTC is trading at as low as 180 USD and BTC is trading at 8.3k USD. If I were to put the couple of thousand bucks then I should choose LTC. This coins ATH has been 100x more than that BTC if considered the prices for both of them. So I am sure if we think that way then its LTC. However if the investment has to be long term and I am putting more than couple of thousands dollar then I am sure I am with the BTC. There is no other coin that can bear that much load and give profits back to us. With BTC moving further from the last year's prices (will be moving) I am sure BTC stands more chance than LTC. |

Dude, dont look at the price of the coins! There are some coins that costs more than BTC, but their capitalization is very low. If you want to choose a coin for invest you shouldnt look at the price, you should look at cap. and liquidity. Between Btc and Ltc i will choose Litecoin, because it has the great potential for growth. |

particularly bitcoin,theres no doubt..just look now at the market how this great coins grows and i believe this is the start of new high..litecoin how ever can be a back up coins if you have extra budget. For me I'll choose bitcoin because it is more profitable and much better than litecoin but since i can't afford to invest in bitcoin, i'll go in litecoin for a while then if i have enough money i'll invest to bitcoin, for now i will enjoy to my coin because it is also profitable especially now that all coin are rising. Also both of them are good coin there difference are there value you can trust to both of them because each of them are really worth it. |
