For this I chose Bitcoin. I do not think Litecoin will be able to beat the top cryptocurrency of all time.
Litecoin has just been created from a strong interest and belief in the idea of building Bitcoin. In this sense, Bitcoin is the original version of Litecoin. Of course, in terms of investments I will also include Litecoin in
my list but if I choose only one of them, I will choose Bitcoin.

Well? Let's hear it.

Actually both of this, is a good cryptocoins but in terms of price and value, i rather choose bitcoin because its great higher value and more popular if we compared to litecoin, while in terms of ranking of all crypto ,bitcoins is tje best and no.1 in coin market cap,and litecoin i thinks its cosindered only a top 4 to 5 of price value in the market of all major coin in digital  currency system.

for now obviously I choose bitcoin for obvious reasons that bitcoin is already known and has become part of all circulating coin.
maybe later when litecoin has started also become a reference for the other coin.

I love both btc and ltc but when it comes to investment, I would choose LTC since I got a handful when it was around $50. I have a better chance of seeing more growth with ltc.

Litecoin, I think have better core specifications than BTC. I would like to prefer LTC over BTC both from investment point of view and block chain specs also.

Perhaps you are right, but even with the fact that bitcoin and lightcoin are about the same age, few people know about the second coin outside the crypto community. Therefore, its investment prospects are not as good as they could be.

2/3 of funds I'd rather keep in BTC and another part convert in LTC, because I like this coin and it has the best future!

I consider bitcoin's time has already gone and some new coins such as ETH, EOS are worth mentioning. They might surpass it from all the points in one year or two! (But I still keep some BTC in my wallet)

depending on the of what you want to do, if you transfer money between exchanges, then of course LTC, if you want to buy something on the exchange, then for this purpose bitcoin

It's a good opinion that bitcoin is no doubt still a meaningful part of the market despite it's obsolete and there are no updates.

I like Bitcoin as well and think that it is better than Litecoin, but I see no reason to invest in both. Litecoin is good coin and I think that will be good year for it.

before talking about this you must determine you mean long term or mid term? I think only BTC and (maybe) ETH is good for long term, but for short term you can trade and swing on altcoins.

The people who uses litecoin uses it mainly because it has a stable valuation most of the time, we wont see much of a movement in the price in either direction, only recently we have seen some movements, if you are looking for profit, then bitcoin is the best investment, it all comes down to price you acquired the coin.
