Just having any spot on the top 10 is already a sign that is is very powerful currency. And sitting on the 6th spot is clearly saying that it is getting so much support everywhere and we are really going to dominate the old fiat system very soon.

Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency. These figures are noteworthy, but if the value of a single Bitcoin goes up to $15,000, India’s currency Rupee will pass. Ethereum ranked 17th and Bitcoin Cash ranked 20th. Ripple is located just below 20.
How many years Bitcoin will need to become No.1 ?

Those values are just the physical money right? Because those numbers seems to be very low after all most money is not in physical money and are just numbers on a computer if that is the case bitcoin still has a long way to go but it does not matter bitcoin will reach those values simply because it is the best currency around the world and each day that passes and governments are unable to kill it, bitcoin becomes stronger.

thank you for a very informative post it is really predictable that bitcoin will surpass fiat because no government has ever been able to discipline its monetary policy. it easier for any government to increase the money supply through borrowing, increase the money supply through simply printing.

For me, is a great image to express bitcoin’s ranking position to all currency in the world. I think it increases the bitcoin’s cost and makes a massive impact to any establishments that will be willing to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I think the same applies to Ripple, all released by centralized authority and no one knows how many are really circulating.
first bitcoin is number 1 and is actually the only decentralized currency in the whole world.
these two numbers are market capitalization so when you consider a coin like ETH you have to eliminate their premines from market capitalization. for ETH 72.5% of the current supply is premined so that the market cap is down as much as possible.
