may be many of the same questions so the manager does not have to answer all the questions or there is already an embedded message in the telegram group.
but usually the manager has a lot of work so little time to answer the questions of participants and my advice if the question is not too important or have a lot of other people ask better we do not have to ask first.

Why do bounty managers on many projects not answer the questions of the participants? What about you? Have you asked them a question?

Yes, I have experienced being ignored by bounty manager, it is not that they are ignoring me but because I have not read the instructions carefully, I was marked "yellow" on the spreadsheet and I appeal to them but didn't get any response. It was then I realized that I didn't wear their personal text. They don't answer your message because they are very busy people that sometimes they can't even pee because they don't have time to spare. so we must understand their situations too.

Check some threads here "Best bounty manger" or something like this in the name. There are a lot of good bounty managers that can answer all questions.

We must understand them because they a lot of things to do also like checking our answers to the questions inside the forum they will check if it is fit to the question. As we can see in a spreadsheet a lot of participants are there, imagine he or she monitor all members in order to make the project successful.I know sometimes they hired staff also to help him or her for the benefit of the project.

Bounty manager is not a easy job and he have to maintain record of every participant and have to check their work so that every genuine participant get proper reward for his work. It consume a lot of time but bounty managers generally give replies of a genuine question which requires major attention.

Why do bounty managers on many projects not answer the questions of the participants? What about you? Have you asked them a question?

Example if you get the question you answered hundreds of times or thousands of times in community group, have you still answer them again?

I solve all questions through a telegram. If the manager can not answer. I understand that he is busy and he does not have time at all. Just have a bounty there is a chat you can ask a question there, maybe someone already asked and knows the answer. You will definitely help.

I do not think all bounty managers will not answer in all questions. sometimes there is an answer, and there is a question only in the reply by reading the message in pinned. maybe he's too busy with work to answer the question in part.

It aint just about you.
It is about the whole project. So if your question do connect with the bounty he is holding then he should answer you. But if it just shit posting then some of them wont waste time answering that.

Try to be one then maybe you will understand how hard it is specially when you are taking care of all the bounty campaigns. Just how many people it is that needs to be updated.

There are sometimes such silly questions, it seems like people who ask them, don't read about the project and bounty information at all. In this case, it's obvious why bounty managers are reluctant to answer. In most cases, bounty managers are just overloaded with different projects and too busy to answer.

Maybe you are right. Indeed for a manager to communicate with the participants is an obligation and responsibility. but a question asked only because lazy reading and all sorts of rules on the bounty (all the answers are already there in the whitepaper & thread) I don't think there will be a response and the manager just want to answer the question is urgent only.

Sometimes we just cannot accuse participants as lazy, because it is very hard to find an answer by searching 100s of pages.

A scenario,
X bounty campaign started on 1st April for 8 weeks.
Within just 17 days the thread grown to over 80 pages with just 3 weeks on the go.
Someone joined at that moment and have 1 question in mind and looking for the answer.
Maybe that question is asked & answered before, but it is very difficult for him to find. At that point, the participant contacts the bounty manager for an answer.

This thing can easily be solved by taking only one step. "Make FAQ in 2nd or 3rd post with the question & answer asked by the participants"  Roll Eyes

It happens when they are so busy and having like multiple works with other ICO's ( if they are freelancer ) . I am also bounty manager but mostly focus on airdrop campaign . Handling airdrop campaign is not that easy as well so I also have teams if I am loaded and can't handle it all , so in that way all questions that raised will be answered .

You just admit another task to be done for the busy manager. The majority of the questions are ridiculous and it is always about rules and distribution which is mentioned before in OP. But barely to find a manager that didn't response to a wallet change for example. Management for more than one campaign needs more workers. It is a hard job.

I think it is just because they are really busy. Mostly they manage 10+ campaigns if they are good managers and do not have the time to answer everything. But mostly they do answer important questions. Some answer everything! People are different, we can't judge the book by its cover. Also, there are other means of contacting people responsible for bounty campaigns. Have a look if particular bounty campaign has a dedicated Telegram bounty group and ask your question over there. i think because the manager have a several project to manage. But the good manager will still answer if the problem is urgent.
some managers can work as a team to able in answer PM, and manage project.

By seeing of all the work of bounty managers i can say that Bounty managers work is patient and very toughest. He is very busy at all time. First they gives the same answer many times to different bounty hunters. Second they have to check and maintains the record of different bounty campaigns. Third sometimes bounty managers work for different projects. So due to these reasons i think some time they don't gives reply very early.

Answers to almost all questions can be found on the project page, read carefully enough.

Because they are busy with their work. They manage multiple campaigns at once. and most of them do not have free time. What they need when they come up with a request for the campaign is full in the ANN bounty. So you just read and follow their requests

Maybe the bounty managers are busy with their work. I sometimes ask them something. And if there is something urgent enough I will ask directly to dev to get answers, and they respond well to me.

Maybe they really busy , but good managers  will always find time to answer for your questions
