I would divide into both coins, perhaps 60% in bitcoin, and 40% in the Ethereum, if the choice is only between the two. And so you can 10% in other promising coins, ripple, stellar

I don't know, may be I'll go for BTC instead of ETH. The current market is not inspiring me to go for ETH anymore. I really don't know what is going to happen but it's not a good sign afterall. I think this current situation will take a long time to recover.

Time has shown that bitcoin is much better than the etherium. Of course, now the cryptomarket is going through hard times, but the etherium depreciated much more than bitcoin.
But on the other hand, if the market begins to recover, then the altcoins will go up faster.

if OP had chosen to hold that 9.5 btc over 150 eth, he would have twice the value now over if he had chosen ethereum. bitcoin remains the king and more stable than altcoins. ethereum has a promising future and should have worth more, but facing stiff competitions vs other blockchains like neo and eos, and constantly having network traffic issues has pulled its price down. ethereum must upgrade its blockchain to address its problems and introduce new features in order to regain its old glory |

For me, Of course ETH the value of ETH are very potential than BTC, But we cannot predict if what will be happen until December. Better watch the market cap if what will be happen, ETH holder now are started earn more ETH and hold for 1 to 5 months like. I haven't much ETH but I believe this will be rise the price. Not sure by December. |

A good question, but I think now the answer is obvious, because only the BTC price has risen. Now the price for ETH is very low. no doubt I would choose 9.5 Bitcoin. because with the progression of the Bitcoin owned will be very capable to produce much bigger gains. so by having a lot of Bitcoin will very capable to generate profits that are much more in the future. |

For me ethereum is a younger coin that has a great practical application on the blockchain field, so this will ensure the growth of ETH and ETH prices shows more potential for further growth than Bitcoin. If I have to choose between 9.5 bitcoin and 150 ethereum, I will now choose 150 ethereum |

30k usd vs 60k usd. who would like to take 30k usd instead of 60k usd? i would take 9.5 bitcoin and exchange 5 of those bitcoins to 150 eth. so i would hold 4.5 BTC + 150 ethereum. isn't it much better for me?  |

And this time 10 bitcoin worth more than 300 ethereum. But remember crypto is so volatilite and it will be so easy to the ethereum to get its bullish trend again. I remember that whe highest price of ethereum into the bitcoin pair was around 0.14 bitcoin for each ethereum. there is a lot of room to growth even more. |

50% btc and 50% eth - the best and the safer way is to diversify investments equally even if eth lost much more of its price than btc, they are both at the bottom now |

Personally, I do not see a cardinal difference between these two projects. It seems to me that in terms of successful investments both platforms can successfully develop in the future. But personally, I prefer to distribute my investments in this ratio - 60% invest in the purchase of BTC, and the remaining 40% invest in the purchase of Ethereum. |
