Hi
been having trouble logging into the website today. constantly getting a "503 service unavailable" error. contacting support and sent tweet but no reply

Too many sites hitting a down time for extended periods this way. Lets hope its not the same with Cloudbet
silence is very worrisome |

silence is very worrisome Maybe its not day where the site owner is from. Right now it has only been a few hours. a few hours is way too long. 7/24 support is needed if they are taking bets on US games |

I have 1 unsettled bet since yesterday(winning bet)
I didnt received any reply for a problem i have with a bet i put last week. And i didnt received any response at all for anything. Cloudbet started to threat his players like the site has enough players or more players than he need. i`ll step back from cloudbet.com .

Stuttgart vs dortmund.
i bet dortmund win both halves(0.177 btc) and win.
1. halv 1:2 2. halv 2:3 for dortmund
but cloudbet make my betting LOSE
i really dont know why.... support do not reply.
i will look for another betting provider

I am afraid you have misunderstood the rules. The first half result is 1:2, so dortmun wins the first half. In the second half, both team got 1 goal, so it is a draw. |
