I've had an account on Cloudbet since 2018, but unfortunately, they didn't give free dogs tokens to old users. Hopefully, they'll have a promo like this or something similar to encourage old users to play on their platform again.

I also have an old account but got the dogs.

Months ago, they held a slot multiplier contest here on Bitcointalk (games and rounds board), but it was never followed up with another one. I guess they're focus now on telegram.

I have asked them to close my account and they refer me to a 24 hour cooling period link that doesnt work. Closing your account through chat doesnt work anymore. Cloudbet used to be so excellent but in the recent times with no representative here, they have been a little slow in reacting to issues, but they do deliver at the end of the day on one waits.

How is it these days? I used to play here a long time ago and never really faced any issues, but stopped playing after finding better options later on. Do they offer boosted odds like Sportsbet.io etc?

I'm an old user of the platform but the telegram bot is brand new so I was still credited. It operates as a different system it seems.

Just because they don't close your account doesn't mean they want you to keep playing on their site. It's still up to you whether you gamble or not. Keep yourself busy with other things if you really want to stop gambling. Closing your account doesn't really make much of a difference since you can still gamble or create an account with online casinos anytime. So I don't see any connection in your post as to why you wouldn't recommend others to play on cloudbet.com.

No matter what they do, you can always find a way to bypass whatever safeguards they have in place, open a new account, and lose more money. The decision to not gamble is 100% on you. If its that hard, you need to unplug from the internet for a while. Find an offline hobby, something that will distract you from thoughts of gambling, until the temptation to open a new account has passed. This advice may seem trite or unhelpful but you cannot expect anyone to help you except for yourself.

Not so sure about the boosted odds since it's been a while since I last used their sportsbook, but if there are any, I think Sportsbet.io still beats them at that. I was mostly referring to how their support handles issues. Those days with the presence of forum representatives, especially Ronnie, issue resolution was so quick and effective.

Thanks for the heads-up, the $6 free bet is not worth uploading the KYC documents. Perhaps they tried to do this in order to raise the interest of old users who have since then gone inactive. And then when they showed interest, slap them with, slap them with KYC verification  
In other words, the freebet is not free after all.

Yeah there are many reasons above it's just that if we talk about competitor then it will be difficult to attract attention, we know that currently the competitor in the crypto casino industry is very tight even new casinos come almost every month while old brands are starting to expand by sticking banners/logo on famous football clubs this means Cloudbet needs another way to survive. Since several months there is no active representative in this thread this is proof that they missed a lot of opportunities even though almost all famous brands/caino come from this forum.

If I would like to add, a few years back, you had a guy running this rep account. I believe he was called Ronnie or something like that. I don't know if he is still with you guys, but he did a very good job in trying to promote the brand and making it very lively in here. That's actually the time I got to know about Cloudbet. He was kind, professional and lively. He built some cloudbet family here with constant updates about promotions, changes in the platform and a few contests! You know those traditional Bitcoin events, like Pizza day, Bitcoin anniversary etc. You can actually make a repeat of that, and I am pretty sure it will be exciting to most members here.

You just copy all the odds from pinnacle, so what would be my purpose to bet with you guys and not with pinnacle directly? (pinnacle has slightly better odds)

I don't see a lot of innovation in the sports betting section to be honest (last 4 years at least)

What is Cloudbets vision? Being a soft bookie and having lot of cool innovative offers or a winners welcome bookie with limited odds?
