you know what is strange, when i am login in i am using email with the end gmail.com , but when contacting support they see me as googlemail.com , i told them many times that they should fix and don't tell me to contact from email i created an account with, couse it is same.
And i had about 12 issues in past 2 months with cloudbet. and they know this. i like cloudbet, but in case they are playing with serious money, they need to make a move and care their customers!

Im not associated with them and i dont know from what email u contacting them, i just told u that coz i know they demand that. I hope they fix ur issues rly soon .

I dont think they would scam anybody out of theirs coins, u will get it eventually . Just give them some time .

If they're having a deposit issue that's one thing but disregarding emails sent to customer service is unacceptable.

Looks like they are getting sloppy. I always got a response in couple of hours.

I just did a micro deposit .01 BTC...it went thru in under 2 mins but my larger one from yesterday remains uncredited....my theory on Cloudbet is a lot of the time don't have enough BTC in their "cold storage" to cover deposits...they have about 2 people who work for them and once the storage is replenished it takes a good 30 hours to catch up with the deposits...I say stay far away...they are on their way out of the industry.

Yeah.  I deposited twice only to take my my money out and let them keep their .0001.  What book even nickel and dimes that .0001 out of their players?  Huh Roll Eyes

You guys are the absolute worst book ever. I look at this thread from time to time and you TRULY DO NOT CARE about ANY customer. Responding back DAYS LATER? There is no excuse for that.
