That does look bad. Its hard to say if it was done on purpose or was done by misgrading it by a mistake. Either way , I would suggest play on some other sites as this site was recently downgraded in the ranking and their customer support isn't that responsive or fast on replying to customer complaints.
yeah, u can tell that it turns to scam because i sent there email support a couple times but no response but usually they reply fast. By the way, I just saw the final score. it seems they won it in the penalties which happens after the 90 minutes. As a rule in the T&C's in the sportsbets, the wager is only for the 90 minutes and not after. But its true their customer support isn't as good as it used to be. EDIT: Wait, I am not sure. I couldn't find a recent game. The only game between them I can see is from 2002.Flashscore doesn't list any recent game. Is cloudbet less reliable than before?
I have heard of many complaints for this sportsbook. It was one of the best sportsbook to me but with so many complaints recently, it is a bit worrying.

OK
need some help from the CB rep. I made a series of bets from my iphone on Friday. For whatever reason the CB web page/app entered my bets twice. I didn't notice this until 2 hours later but immediately notified support asking them to cancel one set of my bets. I got the standard reply but haven't received any follow on notifications even though I reached out to them three additional times.

Can you tell me if this is going to continue or if you, like all the others, will give in to the UK Gambling Commission's demands to block us?

I made a livebet at cloudbet for the Russia Monenegro womans basketball match. By accident I bet over 29 third quarter at the beginning of the fourth quarter. Fourth quarter was already in play for a minute. I thought it was for the fourth quarter I wouldn't think it was for the third quarter because it shouldn't been there. even at the end of the match the live bet market was still open for third quarter over/under 29 I contacted support about this, but received no answer yet this should be a void bet right? Use proxies or TOR or vpn. Most sites won't block them, and even if they try to, they can't block everything There are still other sportsbooks like Jetwin which still allow players from UK. But yes VPN is the best option to play on these sites without a worry. There are lots of free options out there for VPNs as well. |
