that's why i don't use this site so far, and I have watched this thread for half a year, I like their prematch odds, are best in btc sportsbooks, BUT their support sucks, and they usually graded wrong bets and you can check previous posts about such cases, and once I saw a complaint here one guy said CB even modified his winning bet to lose, very absurd.

I received a simple email response today saying "issue resolved", no explanation or name of sender. of course, the game is still graded wrong.

They were really good in the past. I am not sure why they gave up on their site and donot pay much attention to customer satisfaction these days. I haven't seen them even reply on complaints on this thread except for the normal responses to contact their support.

not professional site, that's very important to explanation what the problem and they must give name of sender. that's mean they show a good attitude

However, when you go to the withdraw page (which I verified myself with my own account) there is a fee of 0.0001 BTC taken out with every withdrawal request. Your rules and your actual actions are not in agreement. My referral and I both agree you need to change your rules or your actual fee to make the two agree with another. Having them differ, even if the fee is only a couple cents, is shady in theory.

Yeah, similar case I have seen before, sometimes that grade wrongly, and sometimes they modified players' bets, I hope there are not similar case in the future, I will bet here if this site is reliable again.

Aha, unbelievable CB did, they did not change the bet result to "win", and did not credit you the money, confirmed scam sportsbook, I recommend you open a thread on scam accusation thread to give them some pressure.
