I've been waiting 5 hours for a 2BTC withdrawal and four hours for a support response today... It's rather annoying that some withdrawals are instant whereas others are not and we don't have an estimate for how long support takes to reply :/ How long should we expect to wait for a response from support@cloudbet.com at the moment? What's the point of your loyalty points when they're not redeemable in any way and you never issue new bonuses? They said they process payment instantly on 97% of payouts, only large withdrawals take time and it is manual withdrawal, so IMO 2btc is not a big amount of money, and it must be in 97% case, not a 10 or 50 btc payout, they should be instant, or at least they should pay you asap cause your payment is only 2 btc. |

I made my bet 4 hours ago and it still says pending do i have to wait for the game to start to be confirmed or do i get a confirmation before the game star?? And if the game start and still pending will i get my money back?? I bet 550 on patriots and if the patriots win and my bet dont get procces i will be really mad!! Help me here!!
