Complete shit, I've had nothing but trouble with this site. My balance on the site has shown variations from -9.8*** btc to over 300 btc, the casino floor dealers have made mistakes and not followed the commands given by me for my wager.  The casino floor has attempted to make contact with the owner of cloudbet to instruct them to credit my account several times. I suppose he refuses, as he has not complied and has not responded to me.  He joined just-dice chat in attempts to advertise yesterday, I confronted him.  He said I'm very sorry I'll fix it right away, and the proceeded to tell me my balance would be corrected on my next deposit. What a claim! It made me lol, but I complied. Sent a deposit of .01 to the account.  I informed user (Golf) in jd chat, owner of cloudbet that I made my deposit as requested.  I received no further response, and what a surprise he did not fix my balance.

please let us withdraw our account instantly instead of waiting for confirmations before we can withdraw..

its consider as PAID, thats why we have the right to request a withdrawal even if its not in full confirmation,
it happens that player cant wait for the confirmation and most of them play their balance and end up to loosing..

like mine almost 2 days, i cant withdraw my funds, because the status of transfer is already "estimated time VERY Soon"

My hands: 16 & 21
Dealer hand: 24 -> bust

I obviously won both hands....but my account was only credited 400 chips. I should have been credited 800.... 400 initial bet + 400 winnings.

My starting balance was 1500 chips. After this round, my balance was only 1900. It should be 2300 chips. I was essentially only paid for one hand!!! This is the second time in a week I have not been paid correctly on a winning hand.

Thanks for your message.

I can confirm that your account was properly credited with both bets - a total of 800 mBTC (winnings of 400 mBTC).

Your starting balance was indeed 1500 mBTC. You then placed two bets of 200 mBTC each (you put chips in play), so your new balance was 1100 mBTC. You won both bets, for a total of 800 mBTC (which includes your original stake of 2x 200 mBTC), so your final balance is 1900 mBTC including both your original stake and your winnings.

In summation - two hands of 200 mBTC both won, so your account should be 1500 + 400 mBTC = 1900 mBTC.

I deposited 5 BTC, and as promised, I got that as my reward points. Over the past 3 days (when I created my account), I have accumulated 2k+ loyalty points and have received my bonus bitcoins as advertised. All good there. I turned my 5 BTC, into ~8 BTC (through their sports book), and so I decided to play a little bit of black jack. The past couple days, I played a few hands no issue. Earlier today, I won .29 BTC no issue. Than this happened.

I had 7.5005 BTC in my balance.
I was betting 40 mBTC (minimum playable hand, their max is 800 mBTC), and was playing quite a few hands. I was up a bit (Roughly $100 in fiat).

Than, the next hand deducted 3 BTC. Basically, all of the BTC I had won on the site. My balance went from 7.5005 to 4.5005. I clearly withdrew the amount (4.5 exactly after fees), and I sent them an email.

I am NOT accusing them of anything, other than glitchy software for the time being. Please bear in mind, that their sports book has been nothing but good for me, but STAY AWAY FROM THE BLACKJACK TABLE UNTIL THIS GETS FIXED!
