I think that at this stage of the development of the crypt, this is not possible because the recent dumps and drawdowns have had a great impact on the overall market situation

What you have said and I think that's true Bitcoin will not replaceable 5 to 10 years. Some coins that had many expected by everyone as the ETH until now still not show the enormous growth. As the King of coins Bitcoin is able to make all Altcoin also experienced growth and increased value.

Also, I think that there is some probability that if Bitcoin disappears, so will most of the cryptocurrencies, as they are still closely tied to Bitcoin's performance. For example, if BTC's price is going down, the same happens to altcoins.

Such a scenario is quite possible. Now the price of bitcoin is largely due to confidence in the currency, but the situation can change in the pain of another player in the market. The etherium is gaining strength and may well replace bitcoin.

Yes it can be and it will be. Because there are more compact and better developped blockchains comparing with bitcoin. One of them will replace with bitcoin.

I think that this will never happen! Bitcoin is the king of the market and all coins depend on him. Yes, it is possible that sometime the most promising coin will appear, but nobody knows it. Bitcoin has too many advantages in relation to the rest of the coins!

No one could exchange bitcoin. In the first place it was the first decentralized coin. And all coins now are depending on bitcoin. If bitcoin dies, other coin will vanished too. So it won't happen bitcoin will replace.

I think that currently only Ethereum has such a potential. On the other hand, it will not be easy to oust bitcoin, because  it is the most famous and expensive cryptocurrency in the world.

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

I agree, there are altcoin that appear every day .. of course the next few years bitcoin position will be replaced. bitcoin will not always stay on top, because it will be time for altcoins to shift its position from the top.

I think so too. I think ethereum has the potential to replace bitcoin because more and more people are interested in investing. In the next few years I believe that ethhereum will compete with bitcoin.

I doubt it. Bitcoin is the backwoodsman coin and each additional currency dependable oscillate on with bitcoin's ring. It liking entrance so each the compiled day and advanced of the developers to amend a coin that is greater than bitcoin.

Starting here in time yes we can state something to that effect. Obviously that things can change. Take a gander at before in the start of the web the most well known web search tool was Yahoo and it got outperformed by Google. It is feasible for any altcoin to outperform bitcoin regarding market top. We will see which ones will be the most creative, bitcoin could likewise be and remain number one for time to come.

There is a possibility of that happening but I personally do not want it happen that way. Bitcoin leads crypto and when it is overtaken, crypto will also face a little consequence.
The current issue on some group of mining having more than 53% hashpower is what is on board now which experts say it will cause a lot of problems for btc. Maybe people will start to run away from btc with good intention and not from crypto and in that way, btc will be replaced peacefully. Smiley. Replaced here, I mean dominance and not dead of btc which will never happen. Cheesy

I do not really think maybe any coin will replace bitcoin.
Most of them just serve as an alternative to it.
Even etheruem that is king of all altcoins can't replace it.

I think it's impossible to replace the position of Bitcoin because Bitcoin in the world of Crypto is a giant and now a benchmark for all the coins so I find it very difficult to beat.

What do you mean by supplant? On the off chance that for being rank #1 (in marketcap) yes they can supplant bitcoin and it relies upon the general population on the off chance that they'll going to pick that coin however bitcoin will in any case be the dad of alts.

perhaps with the passage of time and the declining bitcoin value, there will be a bitcoin replacement. the most suitable to replace bitcoin now is ethereum, other coins do not seem worth it.
