Did power consumption go down as well? Speaking of which what does each unit consume (if you're able to tell)?

I rescind my original offer.  I could only pay 13BTC for each Jupiter now.  Difficulty waits for no man.

I don't understand why you even post here. lol I was selling pre orders at the time. it's like you got some weird hatred for miner sellers or something.

Anyways, Thanks for everyone's interest but this has been sold.

Why does anyone buy a new car? The moment you drive it off the lot you have already lost 20% of it's value.

Right now the KNC Jupiter is one of the best miners available. They are sold out including the November batches. So the only way to get one is here or eBay. Sure 22.5 BTC is expensive. But so were first batch Avalon's.

Only time will tell if 22.5 btc for a KNC Jupiter is a good or bad investment. BTC value could drop to $1 and with it difficulty. You could then very easily get your 22.5 BTC back in a few weeks. Does that mean you break even? What if BTC price jumps to $2000 for 1 BTC. If the buyer is able to mine 10 BTC from the Jupiter then does it break even?

Everyone calculates ROI with increasing difficulty. They don't consider the possibility that BTC could take a dump and difficulty would then fall as people and farms stop mining due to the low BTC price.

Don't the bitfury stand alone cards only cost 1.5 BTC, hash at 50 ghs, and use the same amount of power? So to get 600 gh/s you only need to spend 18 BTC?

that's true... cryptx is selling each board at 1.5 btc which is pretty good imho.. i actually prefer enclosure based complete plug n play miners and also backed by RMA... KNC rigs are are easy to snug in, take less space and easier to sell off to those who don't like to mess with cables and so on... there was like 5-6 btc difference based on cryptx's latest prices so i personally find not worth the hassle...
