This thread is to share information about NEO and NEP5 projects.
It has been my experience that it is often difficult to find NEP-5 projects in their early stages. I created this thread to help others who are interested in the NEO Ecosystem. Having these projects easily available will help with the growth of the entire NEO community.

To make new projects easier to find, I will update the first post (this one) with the Project and available information. This way projects will not get lost in the thread.

I welcome you to post any new projects not listed so and once confirmed I will share it in this post, giving credit to you.

I also welcome any feedback and opinions on any of these porjects as that will help each of us understand why we should or should not paticipate in the ICO.

I hope this thread and the telegram channels help in your search for NEO & NEP5 news.

When researching projects please make sure you not only look around their website and read the whitepaper. But join them in their social and support settings. For instance telegram or discord is where you will be able to ask questions and receive a response almost immediately.

It is always a good idea to see how the team and admins interact with the community. How complete their responses are, their tone, and how quickly they respond to support issues or questions. With that being said, during a bounty or an ICO it may take longer than usual so it is just as important to be patient. There may be several others ahead of you and they should respond in order.

I also want to point out the importance of always making sure you are accessing OFFICIAL websites. This is important for any blockchain or cryptocurrency related site. Once you have confirmed the official site, make sure you bookmark it so you always have it available!!!!

Recently there have been an influx of scammers which could potentially cause unsuspecting people to lose money.

More importantly, wallet downloads are especially susceptible to being downloaded from a scammer. This was recently the case with the NEON wallet, fortunately this was recognized quickly and shared with the community.

If a link or announcement is shared on twitter, or any other social channel, I always check several official channels to ensure the information is accurate. Check the official Twitter & Telegram channels and then go to the official site that you have bookmarked, to download any updates.

I will share links to official sites for wallets but please do your own due diligence. Although I know I have bookmarked the official sites, I encourage you to ensure the links are official.

The addition of new NEP5 tokens is usually updated quickly, this is a nice wallet for on the go. Check your balance and recent NEO and NEP5 news.

This is a web wallet which gives you easy access to check your balance, claim gas, send/receive and check previous or pending transactions. Since it is a web wallet I only use it to check my balance by entering my address in the search bar. I only enter my Private Keys on wallets that I control. The above wallets I will use to make transactions and claim gas.

I started following the NEO ecosystem and sharing the information I have learned in order to provide a point of access. I spent many hours finding the proper channels to follow and official websites. I could have saved a lot of time had this information been available to me.

The most promising of future projects is Nos for sure. But its really hard to get in due to a strange politic of selling tokens to developers and code contributors only, I hope there will be an entrance through some investment pools ... This project can be compared with something like EOS, in the future.

NEO is a just a platform to launch a project but after that, it all depends on project owners whether they can to deliver the product or want to scam investors. I'm not sure whether NEO will control these things. Correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Which in my opinion takes the neo project one step further than other blockchain projects.

However, NEO will establish itself as the #2 platform and it wouldn't surprise me if NEO takes a good 20% of the ICO market share from ETH.

As with any ICO it is hard to know for sure whether it is a scam. I always pay attention to the team through Telegram or other chats to see how active they are with the community. I look for transparency, and how they answer questions. If they avoid certain questions or do their best to provide an answer in a timely manner. From what I have seen so far, the teams within the neo ecosystem do a really good job of keeping the community updated and in most cases the ICOs Powered by NEO already have a working product so the chances of being scammed are far lower.

If you look at the NEP5 tokens you can see the growth from ICO and it doesnt take long to realize the ROI. I think the future of NEO and projects of the NEO ecosystem will be huge.

I suggest using the Switcheo exchange and investing in Switcheo, I believe it is just going to keep groing. I would Also suggest Spotcoin as an investment because of the benefits they will bring to blockchain. The ICO was postponed a week so join their telegram for announcement of Pre ICO date. Spotcoin has been very transparent and the founders, CEO and team are very active with the community.

DYOR and BUY NEO!!!! I honestly believe this is currently the best opportunity to see huge gains in your portfolio. Also join each bounty offered because I am holding the tokens received in bounties and airdrops and they are of actual value, unlike others that are worthless.

I do feel that NEO will take the ICO market just because of the transparency with the projects. I agree NEO and ETH will be pretty close but the potential for NEO is huge IMO. I just dont think many people realize all the great projects choosing the NEO ecosystem but once they do I think there will be a huge shift. It is pretty exciting to watch and be a part of. I never thought its that much already. Its never announced here in the forum and they also didn't promote much of what is going in the platform. There are few chinese projects in the forum which I thought were using NEO platform. The only I've read so far was GAGApay which is very active here in the forum.

There are alot of use cases for the projects coming off of NEO so it will be interesting to see how the market reacts. I think it is a great time to buy and hold NEO and invest in some of the stronger NEO powered projects.
