NEP5 AIRDROP UPDATES

The Spotcoin Airdrop for #RPX holders got off to a rough start due to DDOS attacks on the NEON API's. Several nodes have been down which has affected many users. Developers are currently implementing anti DDOS measures. Several announcements have been made to ensure there is no effect on the blockchain whatsoever.


Spotcoin acted quickly to resolve the issues with the airdrop and were very active in their telegram channel sharing updates. Withing 10 minutes of the airdrop starting there were many users who were able to register successfully. Those that were not able to register were advised to submit a ticket and Spotcoin made sure they were included. The 100,000 Spot that were allocated to the airdrop were claimed by end of day on Monday.

The next airdrop registration will be Monday, May 21 for #QLC holders.

It is no doubt one of the best coins, NEO is now relatively cheap and a worthy investment and I hodl a large portion of my small purse on NEO and GAS, both equally good.

I wish I had started accumulating earlier but it is at a good buy price now. I agree it is definitely a worthy investment as I believe the NEO ecosystem will continue to grow with quality projects.

There are currently many ICOs based on the NEO platform. I hope this will help NEO's exchange rate recover quickly in late 2018. Many ICO projects based on NEO blockchain show the potential of this crypto although the exchange rate is currently falling at $ 60, it will probably recover in Q4 2018.

In order to have a stable future I do agree that organic growth is desirable. NEO and the NEO ecosystem should not be thought of as an instant ROI, or pump and dump as we so often see.

We will see corrections to the market many times before NEO reaches its full potential. NEO is just getting started, this is not a short term investment and the benefits will be much greater in the long run.
