Should I hold verge?

I bought Verge when it was 0.08$. But recent hype related to secret partnershit did not turn out to be a success as the price went down immediately following the official annoucement of the partnership. Now, I lost in BTC value around 30% as the price did not get to my sell order. Therefore, the question to pro traders, should I hold or get rid of that s’coin? Thanks in advance!

selling any coin in loss is never a good decision , specially when coin is already successful and not scam .
hold it until you recover your main investment and then sell it .

Exactly, many people rushed upon buying when the company tried cheap marketing to get more users. Recently, there were highlighted by a scam partnership with Pornhub and wanted to grab more attention. I think you should get rid of this coin and sell as soon as possible at whatever profit you get. It is like saving your money before it fully gets dumped as this coin does n't speculate prosperous future in coming days.

I think it increased very much and brought very good money to people, but I dont expect x5 x10 again so I sold my all verge coins, there is a lot of cheap coins for investment.

Can you tell more about the "scam partnership" thing in detail? I didn't hear or read anything scam about the Verge & PornHub partnership.

As far I know that there was an announcement that Verge and Pornhub are partners now.
But the Verge community did not appreciate the partnership much, maybe they were expecting a strong partnership news?
If my understanding is correct then I don't see any scammy thing here - except a weak partnership maybe.

But IMO Pornhub really can make XVG better although at the beginning I didn't think so. After 1 week when new partner of XVG released, I thought it's terrible when a cryptocurrency become a partner with a porn site. But maybe I'm wrong.

verge is the most active coin from the beginning of the year, with multiple improvements.
Just looking at the facts of this coin!! it should already have been much, much higher than it is now at. Actually it is amazing that its success in its development, is not reflected in its price.

While most coins are absolutely bullshit coins with just a white paper and vague dreams, verge seems to have a development team, who actually believe this coin will reach what crypto currencies are meant to be.
Crypto currency should be just that, "" a currency"" , ( replacing or at least be an alternative to the regular government currencies )
For now verge is the only coin which is taking steps into that direction ( becoming a functional alternative currency to regular currencies controlled by central banks ).

Considering above mentioned facts, verge should be one of the few coins worth holding.....but in crypto space nothing is for certain. You have to consider the worst case scenarios and make sure you invest without risking more than you can handle.

That's a difficult decision obviously. Maybe a lesson to learn, not to buy a coin when it is too hot, and too high in price. It is always better to wait for a dip on a coin you believe in and jump on it at that point. Apart from that I would say, If you really believe in it, keep it. If not, get rid of it
