Could someone from the staff give Karl Max please a serious warning?

He is posting in the CREDITS ANN thread what looks like news messages. However under the news images he hides links to his commercial, unrelated website radikal.ru. This is not allowed.

I know I can report those messages to the moderator, which I have done, but all that happens is that the post is removed, and an hour later the member places again another image with commercial reference link.
