i dont trist those excanges neither fork nor etherdelta. every ico decides to lunch his coin or token to fork or ether delta in my experiance is very bad deceison. only dumers there. better wait to get listed on any other exchange.

Yes, forkdelta is the most popular decentralized exchange at this moment. The main reason is that etherdelta has lost a lot of users money + they had a slow customer service
