Take a look at my pecs, boy. Once I like each boob, they can carry 25 pounds no problem.

Lift? I always life things. Earlier today I was lifting my laptop to place it from my lap to my desk. My laptop weighs quite a lot in my definition of "lot". Although, I was also lifting my tea to my mouth which took quite a lot of strength also.

Ah, this explains the dumb-ass question about building a machine for mining altcoins. Seems SeanArse is a 'roid monster meat-head.

this is also why I don't want to get into weight lifting, I would hate to be associated with people who think their arms mater to anyone else.

I do the minimum which are push ups. Lift more then my weight, no. Only for the same reason people mentioned about being bulky.

Yes, I lift.
I do heavy deadlifts, bench press, shrugs, bicep curls, etc., with intensity and proper form.
I also try to eat as much as I can. I like to keep my macros as balanced as possible.
I don't do as much cardio, but I am aiming to add more to the mix.

If I wanted to lift things all day, I'd go back to working in a factory.

This is not some pseudoeconomic post-modern Libertarian cult, it's an un-led, crowd-sourced mega startup organized around mutual self-interest where problems, whether of the theoretical or purely practical variety, are treated as temporary and, ultimately, solvable. Censorship of e-gold was easy. Censorship of Bitcoin will be… entertaining.
