No, give it until December, if the price hasnt recovered yet, then this year is going to be the worst year for cryptocurrency. But, a huge chance of recover happening during the 4th quarter of the year. It has been a trend with every passing year, when money comes in to the market and demand are increasing. Neverthless, btc will always recover.

It's been 3 months since. It didn't touched $9,000 yet. The current price cannot break $7,000. Resistance is at $6,800 actually, so once it is broken then I expect a good run past $7,000.

I wasn't able to sell some when it touched $9,900 before because I thought that is continuous and will hit $10,000 but it didn't make it there.
