Its true. Especially in September. I think if you investigate the project, the chances of you getting scammed will be reduced. Read the whitepaper, check the community stats and look at the team. I also ususally check the rating websites for the better understanding of an ICO. The better times would come soon.

Yes, everyone has already seen projects that are going to ICo during presales, and, of course, there were those who just want to collect money and finish it.

The best way to avoid falling into various scams and ponzi or ico scam schemes is to identify common characteristics. Even more important is having the knowledge and understanding of how cryptocurrency works and the technology that underlies their business. In each investment there is certainly a Risk / Reward, but this risk can be minimized with sufficient information and research. Remember to always do your own research and not just hear from word of mouth.

It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

It is for this reason that the time of public sales can end very quickly. People are afraid to invest, because it is very easy to lose money. Until there is a quality audit of the project and strict conditions on the part of the regulator, the situation cannot become positive.

I trust only the already trading Altcoins, with normal trading volumes, known exchanges. When the team is working on the project. And 90% of what we see at CMC has nothing to do with it. You can call them a scam.

We will soon get used to the number of fraud projects, since their number is already interrupting normal projects, and it will be necessary to sit and control the selection of the most worthy ones.

if you can't decide if you trust in an ico, or not, then probably you shouldn't invest in them

The crypto market is growing and capitalization is increasing, this is the opportunity for scam coins to grow. However, many people are already wary and learn more. The possibility of losing money because of the scam is very low.

you are right. Scammers use the fact that people do not understand crypto and promise big money, people believe and invest their savings and lose everything they had. Please be careful and don't believe the scammers

Actually that is the reality of all the markets in the world. Many people are being fooled by false promises. Many of the beginners are scammed so badly that they are completely shattered. No hope of beginning again is left with them.

yeah, more and more scam coins appear on this market and it seems to me that only a few of them are really worth buying ( which aren't scam, it is like 10% of all coins)

I think, most market participants have gained much experience this year, and there're few hamsters, only wolves, and sharks! So it'll be harder for scammers to deceive people! Only strong projects with cool ideas will survive!

You need to know in the crypt you never know 100% where you will find and where you will lose. If you easily part with 100 bucks, invest 100, if you can easily allocate 10,000 bucks for your cryptocurrency from your pocket and don’t blink - start off boldly

Not some, the number of such people are huge. Indeed, 60% of the total ICOs are scam and they only intend to scam people's money. If you check the scam accusations, you will find how many shady people are there. Think twice before investing.

It is difficult for our entire community to determine which coin is good and usable. Because as the article you mentioned has a lot of struggling campaigns and now the coins are overwhelming but just deceptive. This situation does not know when it will end.
