Yes, it is so sad to see the high rate of scam projects and investors are losing their money to this projects. I think if there are bodies or regulation to help monitor and ensure that the project coming into the market are potential and well developed ones, the rate of scam will be reduced as the number of projects coming in on daily basis will be reduced.
