I think so market going up now slowly and we have seen that after going to almost 10000$ bitcoin again tested a low of 8000$ and now its trading near 8300$ level. As we can see since last 2-3 months market goes up almost 7-10 days and erase all gain in just 2-3 days and gain tries to recover, So now market is in sideways trend and as soon as bitcoin breaches 10000$ level with volume and stays there for 1-2 days, market will enter in new bull trend and we will see 15000$ level of bitcoin again in just 1 month. And if you are long term investor and wiling to invest in crypto then this is very good time to accumulate good coins that are available at very low price.
