Saw a chart on twitter from the AntPool:

1 worker  but 1.39 mh/s
they have better btm miners???

I think you can connect two machines to one worker. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I honestly don't know who or what this is for, and the sale page offers no description (not even the algo or coin info), so meh. I do like the wattage, if it's even remotely profitable it will make a nice space heater, but seeing as it's now late spring I can wait for one of those for 5-6 months (or just keep using my silent little S5, I suppose)...

It wont make much of a heater at 360watts. Too little heat generated.

But it should run quieter, a must for home heating, although 2 fans is a bit strange, may not be as quiet as an l3. Im using baikal mini s and l3 at moment for heating. Works ok, for now..

I wont count on it being quieter. That setup is just not meant to be quiet. It is a small fan that spins fast either way. U would want it to spin as much as possible to keep things cool

Selling 100 dollar coupons (8units expire 11th June, 14 units expire 1st july) and 125 dollar coupon (2 unit exp 30th June). Selling at 20% of value

Grabbed one a few hours before they sold out.  My only worry is that it's for one coin and one coin only.  So long as that coin doesn't flop, I imagine ROI won't be tough with such a low power consumption.

The one algo thing also came up with the Antminer A3 and Blake2b, with Sia being the only coin that was mineable with the Blake2b algo. You'll get the first batch advantage (for us regular consumers) with the B3 at the very least. Difficulty will probably rise just like with Sia, but if there isn't much competition from other manufacturers you'll most likely be okay.

Well, one thing may be gotten out of this algo coin based on the A.I. Miner that Bitmain has had out for months...what comes first? The algo or the ASIC?

Does making a coin and having an ASIC to pump it (the investment in hardware) cause the price to reflect the amount of investment by all in this new algo?

or

Do you need the algo to be established (open source maybe?) without corporate influences and then supercharge it maybe with an ASIC later down the line?

There is a chance this coin could simply blow up in difficulty and have no value or use (much like Paycoin pos coin scam)

or

depending on how and what use and how fair the coin launch is (I'm unsure just saying) perhaps they can pull this off in some manner

I've no idea..just the 2 possibilities that come to mind

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

10 accounts yes

Did you get them to mine with or are you going to resell them?

Also, did you use 10 different mailing addresses or just different accounts. I’m just wondering if they check that stuff.

I'm in with this one

how many did you get?

Hello Smiley

I just wanted to ask if you already have the Paid status or whatever on Bitmain website in the user center. I made the payment 4 days ago and still have: unpaid, unshipped, valid.
Just wanted to know if everything is okay or if I messed up something, it's my first miner directly from Bitmain Smiley

Would you be so kind and have a look on the Status of you miners? Smiley
Thanks in advance.

I ordered mine the morning of the 26th and it is also my first order from Bitmain. I paid with Litecoin and received paid, unshipped, and valid within 15-30 minutes of sending the payment. Does it show your payment method? If your status is valid I think you are ok; I heard they mark it as valid when your payment went through but didn't make their automated cut-off in time. They have a live-chat support if you are really worried i'm sure they can answer.

I just bought one.  We'll see how this goes.  I at least got to use my $420 coupon, so it was only a bit over $2k all said and done.  This all depends on how many they are going to sell.  Considering they limited it to 1 per person, hopefully not a ton.  If the 2,500 rumor is true, then that means around $100 per day with the current price.  If that was bullshit and they sell 10 times that, then it's like $10 a day.  Knowing my luck they'll sell a ton of them and the price of the coin will crash though.  One positive though is that the coin isn't going to fork, which is going to be a risk with a lot of new models that get released in the coming months.

Edit:  They just sold out, so at least that is promising.

I think you bring up the most important point.  How many will Bitmain sell in batch 2, 3 & 4.  With the A3 (batch 1 was $2375, batch 2&3 = $930, batch 4 = $520) They dropped the batch 2 price by more than half for a 40 day later delivery.

Think I am gonna wait for a batch 2 or 3 on this one.  It is tempting, but I know that they will follow with more b3 miners. Many more and probably at half the price.

Probably there shall be gaps for several weeks prior to next batch to be announced (and cheaper). I doubt they will stick with current sales figures, there must be more to offer from Bitmain. Waiting anxiously.
