Whether it is important or not depends on the essence of the encryption project. Some encryption projects rely heavily on community power, while others are in short supply.

Community can't get by through large marketing budgets instead, but it can make it much more easier to market any product, inviting friends, taking part in different bounty campaigns, be positive in social medias and so on.

Hello all,

I came across this article that talks about the importance of a community backing a project, how important do you think it is? Do you think they can get by through large marketing budgets instead? and do you agree with the article?

https://medium.com/crowdholding-innovation-platform/why-do-you-need-to-build-a-loyal-community-for-crypto-projects-14b9207608c2

When it comes to bounty, there will be no participants if there is no community. No one will join signature campaigns so there is also no one to promote it. There will be no investors in ICO and developers may not develop any coin because there is no one to buy.

When it comes to trading, there will be no one to buy tokens that we are selling and there will be no other people who will sell their coins. So crypto / tokens / coins will be like stagnant water.

I believe that the community is very important for communication and dissemination of information and experience. However, I am saddened by the fact that we have almost no way to influence the situation on the market.

Healthy community is definitely on of the most important things behind crypto project. Because it is the power of people that believe and support the project and that is the best way for more and more people to find out about it and to invest in it. For project to succeed one day, good community is a must.

I find that community is one of the most important factor in any cryptocurrency project. Sure the development and technical team is top priority, but without a good community backing up and supporting the project, it would probably die out fast like a large percentage of crypto projects right now

A great community contributes to a good rating on the company. Community is the driver of the company itself because they are the ones to promote the company itself in a interactive way and that is better than advertising. They are not just the drivers but they are the one who holds the future of the company

I think a community would be great for some project marketing. It will make the peaople out there knows about the project that they running for. There are so many market team sales who are working to get their project be known and getting people interested on their project.

Of course, they need a solid community for them to have supporters. A large community can attract investors since this community can help to spread the word to gain potential investors.

By nature all crypto projects require to build strong and steady relationship with their related communities. Blockchain, which is underlying technology for most projects, is fueled by constantly re-connecting participants. If a project loses touch of the community it literally means the project is losing big, if not the greatest, portion of its driving force. That may be why most projects which are willing to bring real difference to the world seek different ways to get the community involved one way or another.

The projects also need the full support of the community, so that it would then be successful .

he success of a crypto project can be measured by the size of the community who supports it. The more the numbers the more chance that it will be staying in the market for good.

Very important, when the market is so volatile the community is the only steady thing behind the project. Just look at Steemit, they have a nice community and they are doing well.

I think that the community is very important. After all, the more people will know and advertise your project the more popular it will become. And from this already depends the profit of the project

In a project, not only developers create products. Both the investor and member support the project. They find bug, they feedback, they promo. A successful project is thanks to the efforts of both the developer and the community.

I think for great project dont need community.
We know what some ICO have success without bounty campaigns
Community is not just about bounty campaign, investors also can be counted as community because their presence there is giving support to the project by giving feedbacks, funding and many more!
If a project have community that means the project sucesfully target its aimed audience and if the project have no community that's utter failure.

Hello all,

https://medium.com/crowdholding-innovation-platform/why-do-you-need-to-build-a-loyal-community-for-crypto-projects-14b9207608c2

Having a strong community is very vital in running an ICO and maintaining it after. Bear in mind that the success of an ICO doesn't depend on the raised funds during the ICO, but on how well it performs when it gets into market. Hence, they need a strong back-up, a solid community. This community supports and creates buzz for it, and we know it for a fact that the buzzy an ICO is, the more it captures interests from the public and the more chances of driving investors into it. Thus, they really have to engage their community effectively. They need to clear all their doubts about the project, satisfy their expectations about it, fulfill their promises and make their community believe with them and soar with their dreams. In this sense, they can grow a solid community that pursues their marketing plan, and not just some after-profit dumping community.
