Very important. Matter of fact, might be more improtant than you have imagined. A lot of investors choose to invest noth their time and money in an ICo when they have seen for themselves that the community behind a crypto is mostly solid and worth it. Also the growth and development of that crypto and its possible survival is also determined by the community behind it.

One of the great factor in every projects success is its community. If one project has a great community, having one goal, like for example to hold the coins for long term, the effect of this on the price will be to move up.

An alts community will still depend on the team members behind it,. Without trust to the team, the community will not unite, but with trust and confidence with the team and the project,. The community will unite for the betterment of the project.

A real community behind a crypto project is always good and can advance a project.
But there is no guarantee for the success of a project, even with a good community.

Absolutely correct, with great community driven project, chances are high that it would success. When everyone in the community have been active and participated in all activities.

It's the only stable thing in this crypto world! Look at Steemit, they are doing great because they are building a great community. Safety in numbers!

Having a real community behind a coin is going to make the project more successful in the long run.

The community behind a crypto project is very significant because crypto draws its value from the expertise and attitude of the users on the market. A crypto project with good team members is more likely to succeed as it easily gain the trust of investors on the market.

I think that if your project can provide what is really needed and provide potential benefits, I think the community will grow by itself.

Strong communities are critical to the success of a project because the value of any asset is valued by community recognition. Projects with large communities and stable development will have a very good future and that is where new projects should be consulted.

The important of a community to a project cannot be overemphasized. A large community is needed for the overall success of a project. Community helps in buying and marketing of the project and also help in finding bugs. Though community backing is very important but the most important thing for any project to be successful are the team working behind the scene.

I think community is very important because a large supportive community not only can be of help financially but also help in marketing & promotion of the coin. But apart from this support any bugs can be found out by them. This is especially helpful to the engineers who also get a morale boost. But all in all the personnel working on the coin is most crucial for product to be successful.
the opinion that you convey is very appropriate in my opinion a project with the best team or community will certainly make the project results and the goal will be good too

It is really important. If you look at all the really important coins like ETH or EOS they have a a vibrant community of people who are supporting the project by building things on it. If you want to know which coins will survive long term it is the ones with the strongest community. This is especially true if you are trying to identify those projects that are just starting out. Look for ones like DarkPayCoin that have really enthusiastic communities backing them.

This community is very important to the growth of a project. The larger the community will certainly be getting bigger also support given by the community. So this community is very influential and gives a very good impact. So if you're investing in Altcoin, you can look for coins that have a very large community.

maybe with so many who support a crypto project by forming a community it will make a project interesting because of the many who support the project, but the supported project must also be good, not a bad project is supported by many people because it is too risky if in the end later the project is a scam.

This is important because community represents will represent as supporters of specific crypto project. Without a good quantity of people who supported it we can't say that it will grew much. There's always a hype in crypto community so it should have a big community in order to achieve that.

Hello all,

I came across this article that talks about the importance of a community backing a project, how important do you think it is? Do you think they can get by through large marketing budgets instead? and do you agree with the article?

https://medium.com/crowdholding-innovation-platform/why-do-you-need-to-build-a-loyal-community-for-crypto-projects-14b9207608c2

I think a crowded community is always an important factor in a growing ICO project. But all must be real and there are no arrangements. I just need a good idea, a reputable founder and a huge community, I can spend more than $ 6k to invest in that ICO. That is the factor for me to evaluate an ICO project.

indeed very important in supporting the marketing of a new coin.
because marketing will make the coin valuable, and many investors will buy it.

important if the community is a community that is able to work well and help the team could succeed the developer for ICO. But if the community has other goals behind he is supporting the ICO will not necessarily make good results. not the most important community problems within the ICO. but whether the development team capable of making it could be great then it is a real challenge and the community is just the supporters only.
