Bitcoin is a direct competitor to his business model so I wouldn't take his opinion too seriously. I'm not a big fan of paypal and I haven't used them in years as their fees are ridiculous. It's about time that they should realize the importance of crypto or get left behind. Every other sector has. |

Im tired of those saying bitcoin is a Scam they are just stupid people trying to bring FuD in the market in hoping to discredit Bitcoin let them coz they are lossers Blockchain is a big treat to paypal so thats why this person is trying to say anything bad about bitcoin its not new others say so but they are wrong as always bitcoin is unstoppable because Bitcoin is a product of blockchain and blockchain is the future. |

Disregarding the fact that anyone can say whatever they want, and disregarding the fact that fiat authorities like the IMF have already praised Bitcoin, I would like to say that the last people I would trust their words are people who operate things like Paypal.
So many places to start. All the scams perpetrated with Paypal. All the unfair blockings and restrictions and witholding of people's money. All the lovely hackers and scammers who actually use Paypal, sell hacked Paypal, etc. And their CEO says Bitcoin, which is impervious to all of these, is a scam. Good joke, Mister CEO.

Do not be taken care of if the paypal CEO said if BTC is a fraud. Maybe he does not like the popularity of BTC that the price is very fantastic. Now many people say like that but secretly it turns out he also invested in BTC.  |

I think that is his opinion, I could remember Soros calling BTC a scam also but the company is now trading Cryptocurrencies now, The level of information in his disposal is what he based his conclusion on and future will decide if he is right or wrong |

It is his opinion anyway, since perhaps they receives Bitcoin as payment on their service but suddenly has their losses during the dip, and most half of their earning was loss and he says it scam that Bitcoin suddenly changes its price, but he don't know the real character of the Bitcoin and just keep saying it is scam, poor him.

He's not a current ceo but former one. Doesn't really matter what he says because cryptos are eating up their business and hence he is speaking out of fear.
When so many people are already supporting the project, we have nothing to worry about. So relax. It didn't even affect market.

Forget those people they are only jealous that we got bitcoin and they don't have. And instead of doing their own move of collecting bitcoin, they can't get or avail one so they are telling words that they shouldn't. And for this ousted PayPal Ceo, he knows nothing but all of his talks are intentional. He still cares for their business and they don't want to compete with it. I though that there are rumors before that PayPal potentially will adopt bitcoin but I think they won't. |
