Bitcoin is Scam. Short-lived CEO and co-founder of PayPal - Bill Harris has written his own opinion on cryptocurrency, Bitcoin. According to him, he claims that bitcoin is a fraud. He said it was an incredible pump and dump scheme, never seen or experienced in the world.
This is an old story, he already said that way back and why he would back cryptocurrency, when in fact it is paypal's direct competitor, one of the factors why people shifted to cryptocurrency is because of paypal's very harsh policy, now they are attacking bitcoin is because there's a possibility that it can get them out of business. |

There is no doubt that paypal will go out of business in the coming years, they can call bitcoin what ever they want but if it presents users with a much simple solution to transact globally people will always choose bitcoin over any other payment processors and we are moving in the right direction and so is the reason we hear opinions from people that are going to be affected by this revolution. |

I believe he will soon recant his words. We had the likes of Soros and other big names taking such swipe at bitcoin only to soften their stands recently |

i'm not surprised that the paypal ceo says that bitcoin is scam, they are both financial services, paypal transfers values with high fees and if bitcoin goes mainstream it would mean a big loss of gains for his company. bitcoin is not the best crypto for payements between people but out here there are a lot of cheap and fast alts that in the future can sostitute financial institutes! so i don't think that we will ever see the paypal ceo or the ceo of some banks say that btc and cryptos are legit because it will go against their interest.

Are you joking ? Because bitcoin is still here and they started near 1 decade . Bitcoin is very legit because many people are earning money if bitcoin is scam do you think people earn so much money ofcoarse not because when they started they will not pay. But look at bitcoin now they help many people. I think down business of other to up your business.

I think before you release any news, you should have specific proof of authenticity to avoid confusion for everyone. Depending on where you say the Paypal CEO says Bitcoin is a scam? So I do not believe in the accuracy of the information you give. Can you provide the original link for everyone? |

there will always be people who are against bitcoin. if bitcoin were a scam, it certainly would not exist anymore. the paypal ceo is definitely just frustrated because he did not buy bitcoin when it was cheap. that's me, too, but that's why i'm not saying that bitcoin is a scam.

Ofcourse he will say that, Bitcoin is a straight competitor so he has to diss it. Bitcoin is taking over Paypals territory  What I see is paypal wont accept cryptocurrency, but there are already some projects who want to take that opportunity, for example utrust. |

Paypal transactions are reversible.
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.
More scammers are abusing PayPal and that's why most of the scammers doesn't prefer irreversible ways of payment such as bitcoin. You'll understand on who's calling bitcoin a scam, they never knew what bitcoin really is. And their system is even prone to scammers, it's why I don't use PayPal anymore.

That should be expected from the co-founder of a company that is about to GO BANKRUPT because of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I hate to badmouth but more scams are actually promoted using Paypal and their failed "chargeback" system. Paypal users and merchants will know how much a pain in the ass it is to use paypal. Perhaps this is a rumor from Paypal in order to reduce the number of people involved in BTC, I do not believe that BTC is a scam, if scams why they exist in the long run and profitable for many people. , so I know that BTC values are always right, and they will grow in the future. |

Personally, I never thought that BTC was a fraudulent coin. I do not believe it is true because the fact of the MOF has brought us many benefits. both economically and demanding. They are not a fraudulent coin as people are saying and thinking about them. |

Whoever is saying the Bitcoin is a scam is a mad or nothing. But, is a better solution to PayPal. This is a fast transaction method worldwide. But, gradually it is synonym as a currency or the coin.
Paypal is actually faster, but its fees are high as well... As of this time, I wouldn't think about transacting in Bitcoin since it obviously isn't practical. |

I did not care what he said and all his words showed him to be a stupid man. I think the Cryptocurrency market is still attractive to new investors around the world as the demand for investment in this market is increasing rapidly in recent times. Paypal is only suitable for payment purposes and the functionality of Paypal is still very limited so it will not be suitable for long-term purposes. |
