So far I still use MEW, because I think MEW is the easiest in use. As long as I stay cautious in storing private key and not losing private key, I think my wallet addres will stay safe.

I still use it. But your guys shouldn't use private key to open your wallet. Use metamask help you protect your wallet easier. Of course get yourself a hardware wallet will be more secure, but it is not convenient. It's up to your purpose. Now I use both MEW and exchange wallet. Because I'm a trader  |

Yes, hardware wallet is more secured than any other wallet one can think of and it puts the user's mind at rest, because, he has nothing to fear. We have always been receiving the news of attack on MEW. Just recently, it was an attack on the DNS. Which i think might happen again.  |

I've installed Metamask as an additional security measure. In the long run, it's probably a good idea to move your crypto to a hardware wallet such as a Trezor or Ledger, but for those lacking the budget there simply isn't many more secure options.

Yes,I still use MEW. Because,I believe that this wallet is secured and it is very strong although there have some bad reputation.But this wallet is preferable for using to store altcoins which is generally ERC20 based.I also think that it has a good future.

Im still using mew with a limit. my main etherium token wallet is metamask. its safe more than mew. also planning to buy a hard wallet. I can recommend the cold wallet version for those who are willing to use mew safety.

Until today I am still using myetherwallet because as this is easy to use and navigate. Although I have nano ledger wallet which is more safe and secured still myetherwallet is used. As long we have our own private keys it is safe and never shared your own keys to anyone to avoid hacking.

Yes to until now I am still faithful to use Myetherewallet, because of I used to follow ICO project always platform ETH. Using MEW I feel it safe to store my coins, even within months. With the news that MEW is easy to steal people, I am not afraid. As long as I hold my private key.
Yeah I don't have any problem using MEW as I find it comfortable and easy to use. Just secure the private key and I'm sure your coins are safe. |

Of course I use. The most convenient and safe wallet for ETH and tokens. And the fact that many people do not know how to enter the correct website address or to check the security certificate in order to avoid fraud does not make it bad.

I have seen numerous threads here warning against the use of MEW. But I still use MEW, since I find it as the most secure and simple wallet which is freely available to store your ERC20 tokens and Ethereum coins.

I've been using MEW for a while now, since it was recommended by a friend and I think it's the only trusted wallet out there. Are there any ways to know that you're one of the hacked accounts? would like to check mine. Thank you for your answers.

Undoubtedly, if the amount of funds exceeds 5K-10K $, it makes sense to use a hardware wallet. This is much safer than the applications on your computer or smartphone.
But if, to observe all the precautions and the amount in the wallet is small, then for me the software wallet is preferable.
