That is a good question, as far i understood now the price in BTC is 1/1000000 UST, and on the early bird stage it was 1 BTC=2000000 UST.
But i wonder why they didn't mention the price scheme on their site or in a pinned message in telegram, some trash is happening with this ico and i don't understand why... And also i didn't find any information about soft/hard caps, can someone clarify it?

This is our first round of user registration. The UST you receive is locked up until UST is listed on exchanges, then it is automatically unlocked.
