Currently, UST is an ERC20-based token. The aim is to allow all participants to take part in community building and a wider range of Ethereum communities to participate. When the main net goes live, there will be a transition from ERC20 UST tokens to Usechain UST coins in order to protect the interests of all participants. Usechain is a fast-growing ecosystem which will bear thousands of identity-based and credit-based applications in the future, and UST will be the circulating token on the platform.

We plan to develop enhanced smart contracts in Q3 2018, and launch a decentralized exchange and start trading in 2019.
