According to the Usechain`s roadmap in part VII of the Ptoject Whitepaper v.2.0 is written that UST will get listed cryptocurrency exchanges on the q2 of 2018, so just get more patience and You`ll get the news about listings soon)
Also, there will be many important development checkpoints in the next quartal of this year to look closer for, including among others developing of software-based Randomized Proof of Work (RPOW) consensus algorithm, developing enhanced smart contractsDevelop TPOS consensus algorithm, launching the first DApp in Usechain ecosystem and finishing all basic functional in order to make the mainchain!

Personally, I really like the velocity that Usechain`s  team planned to develop with!)
