I do not think this is a scam project because the devs are working behind the scene, the team is doing a lot of updates on social sites and they plan to launch their OIO blockchain before June 2019. Users can already use Online.io beta version of web security on various browsers which will help them to block ads, malware and also they will get to use free VPN. Their web security extensions are now available on Chrome and Mozila Firefox.

Only concern I have about this project is that they should have already listed their tokens on top exchanges rather listing it on low volume exchanges which has caused badly for the OIO token's price.

It is because the team smart contract distributes tokens differently.
it doesn't actually "transfer" the tokens, but rather just adds the tokens to the balance.

The team should have already listed OIO on top exchanges. ICO ended at the end of July but it's a pity they raised $50m but have not even listed the token on a good exchange which could have prevented it from dumping and low rates. I get it it that the product should be primed concern but since they are planning on releasing the Alpha version of the OIO Blockchain in the second quarter of this year, I think the team should not wait till then to list OIO on a good exchange. They must target at least 1 top exchange before the release of the blockchain. Low volume exchanges are killing the potential of OIO token. As of writing this I see on coinmarketcap that OIO's last 24 hour volume is a mere $277! There's no doubt that once the product is fully ready to attract more users, it will create the natural demand for the token but being listed on a top exchange would boost investors confidence.

it is not a problem, a description of " There are no matching entries" because your friend has not made a transaction / transfer of OIO tokens. Your friends can still transfer or sell their OIO tokens on exchange, but at the moment the price of OIO tokens is still very low, it is better for your friends to hold their tokens

I don't think this is a market problem, it's better for the team to focus on developing the project so they can quickly release the platform. now the market cannot affect prices, many coins have large exchanges but the price still falls. so it's better to focus on developing according to the roadmap so that there will be many investors who are interested.

Yeah, it could be the case as he or she might have some issues with regards to the bounty but otherwise, I can vouch for the honesty that the team showed over their implementation of their campaign.

i use oio extension too on my chrome browser, Try to go filter lists and shut off AdBlock removal list, i hope it can work you.
