I know, I am a little late with Nxt forum, but I really care about users security and usability. So, I hope that Nxtalk.org will become your favourite Nxt discussion board. Any collaboration is welcome!

This is assuming random letters are used in the cracking algo. Many passwords contain dictionary words, especially passwords that are made specifically to be memorable brainwallet passwords. Numbers are often birthdays, so will be restricted to the range of 0 - 19993112 for at least the first few passes.

Someone was kind enough to send me 100 NXT last night. Woke up this morning and balance was 0.
Any idea what could be causing this?

Just downloaded and installed 0.3.5 and ran that. Balance is back ... strange.
How can you tell the amount of confirmations a transaction has?

An exchange/stockmarket built into the client...what a brilliant idea! Can´t wait to see that feature! I think NXT has everything it needs to be a big hype once most of the features become available. I am investing all my crypto-money into it

Version 0.3.6 - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/67242472/nxt.zipAdded blacklisting and some interface changes. There is a little bug in the interface, sometimes it's not refreshed, use F5. Unfortunatelly, I can't fix it now, someone crashed my node using Jetty vulnerability. I'm going to solve the Jetty issue first.

How is the transaction ID generated? I noticed while sending myself NXT that the transaction ID came up as, "undefined".

I am investing all my crypto-money into it - some ppl (me too) actually saw it: I updated my server ( http://88.198.210.245:7875/) to show BCNext the stock exchange interface. U can take a look and post ur suggestions/improvements. Tomorrow the development will be continued. Click "Apple" icon in the bottom to open the exchange. If u log with "1" secret phrase u can see an asset issued by this account.

A question on mining.
It's said that we need to wait ~ 24 hours (1440 blocks) to mine. So how to understand this 1440 blocks? For example, I got some coins input, and then after 1440 blocks I start the client and open my account, and then the mining is started, right?
Or, I should start the client and open my account, keep my computer running without shutting down, and then after 1440 blocks the mining is in effect?
What's the true case?
Thanks.
Actually, i dont think we should call it mining. because in NXT we dont mine anything, we just securing the coin network & its payments. And our reward is block Fee's. So we should not confuse it with formal mining in other coins (Since all the coins in NXT is already minted). Perhaps we can coin a new term related to our new concept. I say we call it "Refining" since that would be the next big step in an actual mining operation. Coins have already been mined, so other than using terms such as processing, transacting etc... I think "Refining" has a nice ring to it. Just my 2 Nxt's
