This is the first of many press releases for NXT - I made sure I had bybitcoin's approval to run this particular campaign when we did. The next press release will be after NXT has been made open source, and to announce this to the wider community and the world. |

Just wanted to remind you, that there is a guy on the Nxtalk chat ( http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#) named j0b , who helped last night to investigate on the issue with the huge transaction fee and the incorrect amounts bug. He already discovered a bug before ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=345619.msg4102610;topicseen#msg4102610) with ZjP. Although 2Kool4Skewl and me provided his accountnumber earlier and asked for some bounties, he only received 650 Nxt. I would like to ask everyone, especially the guys with 10+M accounts to appreciate such contribution and send some Nxt to j0b and all fellows who help discover bugs and help this project succeed. If we loose them, we loose the project. ferment and abelaue: okay guys, I was to send 90K to another guy in charge for placing 30 nodes, and also 60K for the rasspery pi nodes placement as well. As there was not any update about rasspery pi nodes idea-project, I am to place all 150K for the general nodes.
I can pay 60K to you ferment and 30K to you abelaue for the already placed nodes, only if you send the link of all of them in a pm for me. After chechking the liability and quality of those listed by you (I may ask a more informed clleague to check and see if they are new or you have already been paid for them by somebody else).
If they come to be new and working, then I send 30K to each one of you for the total of 60K.
So please post your Nxt address and also pm me the list of nodes you've already claimed new placements of which in your previous posts.
PS: all the bounty winners, please forgive me for the delay. I will send them all before the new year for sure. A bit messy and busy around here.

I have received sponsorship nxt for the 92 nodes and 1 vanity node. This corresponds to the balance of the account of 280500. I went ahead and payed for the last 8 without receiving the sponsorship for them so I can switch my focus to tuning, monitoring, and automation. However, the account is still 22500 short to cover all 100 nodes for 3 months. These nodes aren't being run on "low end hosts". I'm using quality providers that aren't the cheapest. I'm also starting to see that bandwidth costs could be a real issue. 50 nodes at one provider have already used 1TB of outbound bandwidth in 3 days.

Hey there! We have a final, permanent home for the wiki at http://wiki.nxtcrypto.orgIf you go there and create a user account, you can start translating pages. The easiest thing to do is to go to http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Special:LanguageStats/, where you can enter your language code (de) and it will give you a list of pieces that need to be translated. You should be able to copy and paste most of what you've done already, if you've been working on translations elsewhere.
