$2500 is reachable, and anytime soon this will happen. The recent growth of bitcoin started from a value around $5200 and in a short it has reached $8000+ and similar pattern of growth could happen with ethereum. As bitcoin and ethereum were the one with the increased realtime usage can experience good growth within the end of the year.
Anytime soon? Even today it is at $230 which is not even 10% of this 2500 price. It took forever to get here and will probably lose a bit of ground after some recovery and retracement, so I do not disagree for the price, I disagree for the timeframe. Even if we continue the growth we see, we can maybe break ATH of ETH by 2020, but it is still a long way to go my friend. Do not think soon, but have patience. the movement of ethereum prices is indeed a little slow to increase when the price of bitcoin has increased a few percent from before, this shows ethereum still requires a long process to be able to continue to increase its value It shows the length of required time for doubling the value of ETH when it hits the $1000. Bitcoin will take a leader board but ETH will take the second place. It is not easy to guess the possible outcome and we have no special powers for this. |

to be honest, for now I'm not sure that ethereum can reach that price. too far to speculate now.
let's look at the reality of ethereum prices now.
Currently I also have doubts whether Ethereum can reach a price of 2500$ in this year. I suspect rather, we don't see such a price at Ethereum before 2020 or even 2021. But as always, the crypto market is difficult to predict and perhaps everything will be different from what we currently think. I'll do it the usual way, invest, wait and see, hope for the best.  Can't really say right now, we cannot predict the price and ETH is very much undervalued. Like today, the increase continues and ETH now trading at over $260, and it's one day movement is so good. After it has been stuck for so long before $200, seems like ETH is ready to fly now. |

Yes, Ethereum has finally broken through the 200$ mark and prices are rising and that's definitely a positive sign. You're right, the crypto market is hard to predict and all we write here is pure speculation. I can't say if I'm right with my speculation, of course and we won't find out until the next few months. Either way, I also hope that Ethereum will reach a good price, only when that will be, nobody can really say.  |

I think there is no doubt, since the beginning of May there has been an upward movement of the price of cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin (BTC). I think Ethereum (ETH) will also experience a significant increase following BTC, especially since the ETH platform is widely used by many projects.
I have high hopes for Ethereum, since it's the second largest cryptocurrency by market cap. Not to mention, it's also one of the most active cryptocurrencies in development. There are many things being worked on behind the scenes, which will eventually make Ethereum the best smart contract platform in the world. Upcoming developments such as the Plasma Framework, Raiden Network, Sharding, Casper PoS, and even ZK-SNARKS will allow ETH to become more valuable in the future (as demand will increase due to people's FOMO within the crypto market). Based on 2017's ATHs, Ethereum is still quite a bargain these days. It has remained between the $150 - $200 mark, which proves to be quite an attractive option for investors. Better yet, buying more Ethereum while it's still a PoW cryptocurrency, would allow you to multiply your earnings by staking it in the future. Nonetheless, Ethereum can reach $2,500 and more within just a matter of years. But we must remain vigilant as crypto behaves in mysterious ways. Just my opinion |

that's our fear, if bitcoin can grow high, there is a fear that the market will immediately throw us down. and we've seen it before. the market must be strong above, and that will bring ethereum to be able to keep up with growth well. |

that's our fear, if bitcoin can grow high, there is a fear that the market will immediately throw us down. and we've seen it before. the market must be strong above, and that will bring ethereum to be able to keep up with growth well. yes and that happened today, when bitcoin is experiencing a sudden increase overnight the market drops dramatically to 20% and drops back and now it's still red. and hopefully this will only last a while and will go up again, I am sure if the return of ethereum green will go through $ 2500 by the end of this year. |

It's okay now if you are not sure about what price will possible to happen to the ethereum. Even me I believe ethereum will reach very high value like $2500 but I thinl we wait 1 to 2 years and even that year we cannot know if that happens or no only that day we can see the answer. But for now ethereum is still lead to the cryptocurrency as my best cryptocurrency even to the bitcoin. |

It's good news for early adopters of the cryptocurrency. But, for people who get in late (which usually happens with newcomers into cryptocurrency) it's not. Early adopters will largely benefit not only with the price increase of ETH across the crypto market, but also with the extra coins earned by staking (once Ethereum switches to Casper PoS). The opportunity is ripe for anyone to become rich, like in Bitcoin's early days. Of course, there's the risk of volatility existent within crypto land. But, investing wisely is the key towards achieving long-term success. The goal of $2,500 seems more realistic than other predictions told by analysts. But, for Ethereum to reach that price per coin, certain developments need to occur. With upcoming improvements for the Ethereum blockchain, smart contracts should become more usable for people worldwide. Which in effect, should drive the demand for Ethereum across the crypto market. Nonetheless, instead of speculating the future price of Ethereum, we should "buy and forget" as it's a cryptocurrency with a high probability of becoming valuable in the future like Bitcoin. next step is 280 usd. Now bullish but in 7 days up again. Every $100 usd is a good price increase, so I am hoping for ETH to reach $300 on its next pump. The more it does better the more the bigger the price jump, and that's what I like in the bullish period which is happening in the market now. There's a correction but all these are part of the bullish market now, this isn't serious and it should not cause any panic. |

This will definitely happen but not soon. Ethereum is the second valued crypto coin ND its already pumping well. It is likely to attend the price of 2500$ in near future, but one can predict correctly when.

$2500 is more price for Ethereum. Beginning the year ethereum hit bottom price. But now ethereum price increas. Investors seem that beginning price and present have many differen. They affraid when ethereum price breakdown. As investors seem that they can able to gain profit, so they sold their holding. . For this reason ethereum price cannot increase. However i personally seem that $1000 is a best price for Ethereu.

Only a month to go before the first half of the year is over and the price of the ethereum is still under $300. Ethereum may onky reach the price of $400-$500 year end if the current trend continues. The update of ethereum will happen next year with ethereum 2.0 and this development might also help in boosting the price of second ranked coin eventually.
