The Ethereum price will definitely reach above this $2500 level if this current situation of the market is a bull. In the previous bull when the market go up then the initial value of the Ethereum was only $10 and it reached at $1500 at the peak of the bull. And now the price was $150 in normal. Here you can expect a minimum of 20 fold of the price. So, hold or invest in this ETH.

One of the advantage of the project is the pioneering idea of blockchain that has opportunity for others to build on. Interestingly a large percentage of the project in the market is on ethereum, this also brought the disadvantage through ICO scam and huge sell off to hold the value when the market was bearish. I now consider what BNB blockchain platform will offer with the IEO and monopoly of market trade, I expect the ethereum decentralized exchange to give a fight for it but it looks like there is no governing system that takes care of this, am afraid the exchange is now having lower volume trade and more wash trading, which cause harm for trading.

That's certainly true, mate. Ethereum's adoption from mainstream businesses and companies worldwide could decline over time, if other alternatives prove to be better than it. Nowadays, we have many DPoS and PoS-based smart contract platforms such as NEO, EOS, Cardano, and more. Some of these cryptocurrencies are even fee-less with a lesser block time than Ethereum. Now that Binance Chain has been launched with token capabilities just like ETH, things will become challenging for Ethereum in the long term.

Imagine if Binance takes the lead within the IEO, ICO, and STO space. Once this happens, Ethereum's market share will greatly decline as there won't be much demand for it. The main intent of Binance is to become an All-in-one platform for the issuance and exchange of tokens. Considering that it will rely on a BFT consensus algorithm, the Binance Chain will prove to be much more scalable than Ethereum for smart contracts.

Still though, Ethereum has a great development team working on it every step of the way. Its decentralized, and censorship-resistant design would allow it to remain on top of other alternatives in the future. Knowing this, one could say that Ethereum will rise in price towards unprecedented levels.

But first, Bitcoin needs to be on a bullish trend, for Ethereum to get past its All-time-high of over $1,000 per coin since 2017. All in all, it's best if we kept hodling ETH for many years to come. Just my opinion

everyday I read news about ETH and other altcoins. What really makes me feel lucky is that I am holding more than 20 ETH and I still expect its price to rise to $ 400 in this 2019. This is entirely possible when ETH is helping to build a platform for new businesses to participate in electronic money and give them a lot of great opportunities.
Smart contracts are one of the things that helped ETH get as it is today and in the future it will increase even more.

Yes. First, Ethereum needs to scale for it to increase in demand within the mainstream world. After this happens, prices can rise exponentially towards unprecedented levels. People have remained indifferent to Ethereum, unlike previous years. This is largely because, the dev team has been constantly delaying the Casper PoS upgrade for the Ethereum blockchain. By not keeping their promises, people have been pouring money into other alternatives on the market which prove to be the next big thing in crypto.

Still though, Ethereum could reach prices above $2,500 if Bitcoin manages to gain traction. There's a bull market which is bound to happen as soon as new investors pour money into cryptocurrencies. With ETFs, institutional investors, and STOs coming soon, things will become better for Ethereum and the crypto industry in general.

Nonetheless, there's no doubt that ETH will reach $2,500. But during the year, it could very well reach $1,000 per coin according to Bitcoin's slow price movement across the crypto market. Just my thoughts

That's certainly true, mate. Things have stalled for Ethereum quite a bit, since no new developments have been announced. Many people are waiting for the Casper PoS upgrade to take effect within the Ethereum blockchain, yet it's the day where developers keep delaying the same. I believe that's why prices per ETH haven't increased that much on the market (aside from Bitcoin increasing in price at a slow rate).

With many other alternatives available today which are scalable and more efficient than Ethereum, the world's second largest cryptocurrency by market cap may see its existence threatened by them. Unless Ethereum comes up with something new, fresh, and exciting, prices won't go above $1,000, in my opinion. Still, Ethereum could reach new ATHs within the end of the year if Bitcoin keeps rising in price. But, the main trigger of ETH's prices would be the implementation of PoS as I've said before.

Nonetheless, if ETH goes beyond $2,500 then it would make many early adopters quite wealthy. It's only a matter of buying low and hodling as much ETH as you can, to be prepared for the next bull market. Just my opinion

The team is doing their work, but we speak about price, and it depends on marketing about the project. Binance has the best marketing and they involve many coins to their blockchain from erc20. And in future the plemty of them will increase.

Sooner or later, we'll experience the next big upgrade for the Ethereum blockchain. Vitaly doesn't need to do something better, as he already proposed a good plan for ETH's long-term scalability. It's up to the developers of the Ethereum blockchain, in order to implement proposed solutions as soon as possible. While this is a work-in-progress, Ethereum has been making strides ever since it launched. I believe that its current price is only a result of Bitcoin's dreaded bear market back in 2018.

Considering how Bitcoin's prices have been rising slowly over the past days, there's an indication that Ethereum might reach $500 per coin within the end of this year. The target of $2,500 per coin, might take place within a few years from now (if Ethereum continues to grow in development and BTC's on a constant uptrend in price). What's left for us to do, is to buy and hodl Ethereum will it's still a PoW cryptocurrency and prices are below the $500 mark. Before you know it, Ethereum will become a PoS cryptocurrency increasing in price exponentially across the market. As a result, you'll end up having more money than what you've initially invested.

Nonetheless, patience is needed in order to see Ethereum reach prices to the moon. Just my opinion
