Is the profit calculation for yescrypt on nlpool accurate? In forager it's saying my i5 is making $4 a day. If I use another profit switcher it shows $0.14.

Also, with my RX 480

- JCE GPU Miner gets 0H/s but never fails, and forager keeps relaunching it and benchmarking indefinitely.
- lolminer also gets 0H/s and eventually closes - checked lolminer thread and said it's due to memory. I have a 4GB card and 12GB of swap configured. I think it worked in the past, maybe the latest driver breaks it?

EDIT: I have a rig with 2 Nvidia cards and 1 AMD card, if I use automatic grouping I do not have issues. When I split the gpus into groups, some miners seem to have issues. I'm using the RX 480 in one group with the index as 0, then the 2 Nvidia cards in another with index as 0,1

It looks like this is somehow preventing JCE/lolminer from working properly. I can't explain why, JCE shows my RX 480 as index 0, however lolminer does show it as index 2.

I've tried with only the AMD group enabled (no group for Nvidia)

I use the data that the pool provides, but some pools may report incorrect data

lolminer puts all gpus in a single list (thats why rx480 is index 2) and i dont have a solution for this yet, so there might be issues with mixed rigs

lolMiner 0.5 (available in git only for now) is configured to use all AMD or all NVIDIA, so it should work better in mixed rigs.
You can download miner file manually from git and put in Miners folder

Regarding JCE, if it's 0H/s, there might be an issue with JCE miner itself
Try to see which command is used to execute it in the log file, and run it manually.

Regarding drivers, JCE specifically recommends 18.3.4 or 18.6.1 (and I recommend those as well)

I tried in the past with CLI version, but there was problem running it because it required Admin mode. Maybe it has since changed, I will take a look when I have time

Don't know, did you open Forager page in Firefox and written someone about it in Thunderbird?

If you have doubts - it's open source, it doesn't even need compilation, just look at the code, so you can see yourself what it's doing

Antiviruses dont like miners because they are often used in malware that mines to a hacker account.
And obviously N-EWBF-0.6.json and N-Ethminer-0.16.json have links to well known miners.

Regarding your mail, judjing from [Subj Re: programmation miner], you send someone a miner or someone sent it to you...

If you have doubts - don't mine. I don't take any responsibility for the miner binaries. Forager is only a script for managing the real miners.
I use miners that have enough positive responses to be reasonably safe.
But if you get hacked and you have sensitive information on the computer you run Forager on - it's your fault.
Never ever keep wallets or sensitive information on the PC that you mine on.

Remove ZergPool from the list of pools.  It was shut down by the pool operator with no advanced notice nor reason why.

Announcement:

For a while now, the mining profits are pretty negligible and I have already stopped mining for a some time.
On the other hand there is a lots of good developers creating and updating miners, which I can't really keep up with.
I will be stopping the development of Forager as mining is not profitable for me and the amount of donations I get is negligible.

Thanks to everyone who is using Forager, who reported bugs and kept me updated on new miner releases.

I will probably release another bug fix version soon, which will be the last (unless GPU/CPU mining returns to profitability in future).

If anyone is looking to continue development and would like to some assistance, feel free to contact me.

I think your fee is mining at ZergPool which has shut down. Could you change it to other pool?

Sorry to see you go.  I've been able to keep it profitable during this downtime by keeping Nicehash weighted at 1, and the auto-exchange to btc pools weighted at 0.5.  My revenue has stayed equivalent for october compared to september and august with this weighting.

hello!

JCE Miner added support for crytponight 8 and the algo is available at nicehash as of now with launch tomorrow.
Will Forager support CN8 within near future?
