Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I used to feel that depression. I didn't have any motivation even to do daily activities like eating or waking up. When you are not interested in anything, you should try relaxing by listening to music, watching movie, or doing some workouts. Then when you feel a bit better, let's start do sth you used like but haven't done for a long time.

Here is a natural way to deal with depression:

1. Meditation
To eliminate the stress that comes up everyday, set aside 30 minutes each day and find a quiet place. Turn off the device and close your eyes. Set your breath, and focus.Do not think of anything. If there is something disturbing to the mind, immediately dislodge and refocus. You can also try to focus on one word, or imagine yourself in a peaceful place.

2. Add vitamin B intake
Vitamin B-12 and B vitamins help the production of chemical compounds in the brain that affect the mood of serotonin, epinephrine, and dopamine. Less vitamin B intake is often associated with depression.

3. Set Goals
As suggested by Ian Cook, director of the Depression Research and Clinic Program at UCLA. "Start with a small step, making it something you can achieve, not impossible," Cook said. "You can be happy for the achievements you made. Eventually, you are ready to challenge yourself with a more difficult goal.

4. Routine sleep schedule
Depression can make you difficult to sleep. Even if sleeping, the quality may not be as good as those who are not depressed.Padahal, if sleep depressed symptoms can worsen and master the contents of the mind.

5. Light exercise
Morning run or light stretching can help overcome symptoms of depression. Exercise triggers endorphin production, also triggering the brain to think more positively. Research also proves, with exercise, you again gain confidence.

These looks interesting, I think you can do a lot in a few simple steps but you need to think out of the box

I agree with you. Depression can be overcome by exercising. No need with a heavy sport.Simply walk casual with routine every day. In addition to running relaxed, playing tennis, or even do soccer sports with friends around. If more exercise then the hormone will increase and make the mood becomes more calm.

Vacationing is the right way to overcome your depression. With a vacation usually the heart and mind become more calm and of course happy. You can invite your lover, friends or family. And most important if you are depressed do not be alone.

Best treatment for depression is to feel loved and be surrounded by family, true friends, loved one, and great alcoholic drinks.

Really.. When it come to depression.. I am a victim of it... To my own observations depression sets in when i get frustrated, less busy or broke.. Sometimes it makes me feel empty or been stagnant...
Funny how it affects human lives and activities.. I even get depressed whenever i feel am not achieving anything but i see others do...

To save yourself from depression... Find something to keep you busy, map out your daily routine and make different routine every day, register all you achieve each day and make everyday count..
Have a year resolution and work towards them.. Lastly, believe in yourself and always be happy

Depressive Disorders are a category of mood disorders that involve extended periods of feeling extremely low and disrupt a person’s ability to enjoy life. Some of the most common Depressive Disorders include:

Major Depressive Disorder (Clinical Depression); a mental health condition characterized by an inescapable and ongoing low mood often accompanied by low self-esteem and loss of interest or pleasure in activities that a person used to find enjoyable.  To meet the criteria for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), symptoms must be present nearly every day for at least 2 weeks. MDD is also often referred to as Major Depression.

Persistent Depressive Disorder; refers to a longer lasting form of depression. While Major Depressive Disorder is diagnosed if an individual experiences symptoms for at least 2 weeks, Persistent Depressive Disorder is used when symptoms of depression are present on most days for at least two years, but do not reach the severity of a major depressive episode. (Prior to the release of the DSM-5 this was more commonly known as Dysthymia.)
