Investing in ICOs is alway risky but the profits could be exponentially higher than investing in BTC, even today, when the market is going down, reliable ICOs have big chances that price will become x3-10 if you had chosen the right and legit project.

The advise I have for you is you should read first their website, read their bounty program to know if you are applicable to join in their ICO, take a view of their roadmap to see if  their status is in line with what is in their roadmap, read their ICO bench to know when will their soft cap and hard cap will run next is check their ICO rating and lastly their team you have to check if they have a good team and if the member of the ICO has done a project already.
